Very communicative host and lovely location right on the beach. She put us in touch with a boat captain who picked us up right across the street. Steven (the captain) and Kirk (his helper) took us out for two fantastic days of snorkeling and fishing on the reef. Can't recommend them and this rental enough!!!!

Karen's place was absolutely perfect for our family.....a beautiful setting right on the beach. It was a great place to relax and play both for the children and the adults. The home is spacious and comfortable .... great for family gatherings. We also appreciated both balcony spaces to be able to spread out and relax. The kayaks and the option to take a snorkeling tour with Steven was an added bonus. We had an amazing week. Sittee Point is great location to take advantage of all that Belize has to offer. Really appreciated Karen's tips and recommendations....thanks for making our Belize experience awesome.

We enjoyed our stay in Belize, in no small part because of Karen. She was so helpful and responsive. She even had her husband bring a small tree for our kids for Christmas. All of her recommendations were spot on. We took advantage of booking a charter with Steven on her boat and it was such a great time. He took us out to South Water Caye where we played on the beach and went snorkeling. We even saw and swam with a manatee. Steven was amazing and made us feel so welcome and comfortable with all of his friendliness and local knowledge. He also made us an amazing lunch on the beach.

Karen’s place exceeded our expectations. We do not like to travel to areas that are packed with tourists. Staying at Sittee Point was perfect- the village of Hopkins had everything we needed and the vibe was so peaceful. The home and beach area were perfect for our family’s needs. We had access to everything we needed for a wonderful week in Belize. Karen was very responsive to our questions, the caretaker Brian was very helpful as well, and the boat captain Steven was a treasure. If/when we find ourselves planning a trip to Belize again, we will definitely want to stay at Karen’s place.

Terrific spot, exactly what we wanted for a relaxing beach get-away! The house was really great, nestled off the road a bit, with immediate beach access and easy river access too! Loads of great information to help prepare and truly make the most of our trip! Nice and quiet, just outside of a mellow beach community...an amazing place to stay!

Karen's home in Sittee Point was a fantastic spot for my family to have down time at the beginning and end of our days. Very well located just outside of Hopkins, close enough to drive into town for meals or activity but far enough away from the main town to give us some quiet

Karen’s home was exactly as shown and described. Our group are big water folks and used the kayaks daily. Beachfront, bbq, and just a lovely home. Thanks Karen! Would love to visit again next year. 😊

This is our second time staying. The hospitality of the caretaking staff is unmatched and Karen (owner) is super responsive. We love Hopkins because it's small, safe, and far away from what feels touristy. Having a private beach is amazing, especially with kids. They love playing in the sand, trying to beat us at bocce ball (provided by the house), and walking next door to Mango's for an easy meal. For our family of four, this house has been a great find.

We had a wonderful stay at Karen’s place. Can not share how much we loved the location and the communication we had with Karen. She had so much for us to do with kayaks, beach access and recommendations for lots of activities. Perfect restaurant two doors down (Mangos) which topped off our stay.

We had a great stay at Karen's place. She has been one of the most responsive hosts, providing clear instructions and good recommendations for places to visit and places to go out to eat. Her home was a great size for our family of six. Having Mary and Daniel close by to check in and provide recommendations was also appreciated. One of the highlights of our stay was going out with Captain Steve in Lil' Dot. We had a fantastic day snorkeling. Steven is very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable in the water. We also enjoyed an evening river cruise with Steve to look for wildlife. The home is in a great location and allowed us to do both water activities and hikes in the jungle. Thank you!

We had a fantastic time at Karen’s place! We used her suggestions for places to eat and a guide. We used him to take us snorkeling and to go on a night tour to swim in the bioluminescence. It was magical! Everything was as described, and there were plenty of beach toys to play with.  we would stay there again!
