We had a great stay and would definitely recommend. We felt very safe as they provided a security guard every night and the staff at JACO VIP was great. I highly recommend the chef services as it made a huge difference for our group to not worry about meals and the food was so good. The views from this house are incredible. The host and everyone involved did a really great job making our stay feel at home.

It was a great spot, friendly staff, great location, and very well known. I do believe that the shower heads need to be replaced as they were rusted and with lime build up. There needs to be a tv in the pool table room on the top floor which would elevate the entertainment space. The AC units need to be upgraded in the common areas (2nd and 3rd floor). Also, they should have an exterminator on retainer due to the CRAZY AMOUNT OF INSECTS that find their way into the rooms. A few of the doors don’t close all the way, allowing the insects to enter the rooms. Other than that, great place and amazing views

The shower heads are scheduled to be replaced, and the entertainment room TV was temporarily removed and is currently awaiting delivery of a new unit. We are continuously evaluating upgrades to common-area amenities to ensure guest comfort. Given our tropical environment, routine pest control is part of our ongoing maintenance plan, and we continually assess additional measures to further minimize insects. Location was amazing, beautiful views and in a secluded area a bit away from town but easy to get to Perfect place for hosting a large group. Host was very responsive and helpful making any needed arrangements, airport transfers, etc Would definitely return

I rented this house for my mom’s 60 bday. It was a group of 15. The location is beautiful with nice views. For as much money this house cost he needs to really do some upgrades. The pictures must be from when he first got the place because things are starting to run down. A few people in the group kept having shower issues. The elevator was out of order and there is lots of stairs through the house. My husband got locked in our room cause the door knob fell off. I would bring my own towels and rags cause those look old too. If it wasn’t for the chef, personal driver and concierge services the trip wouldn’t have been that great. Even if I don’t stay here again I would definitely hire Jaco Royale for all your needs during your stay. We was so spoiled having a chef cook for us and she was awesome. Our night concierge Anna was the best she went around town with us, set up our rides and just kept my stress levels down lol.

We stayed for a bachelorette with a group of 12, which made for a fantastic trip! The house was large and perfect for a mix of fun and relaxation. We ended up using the house chef and car service, which were top-notch. Natalia was so helpful in planning everything, and we were grateful for all of her recommendations. A bonus was the nightly guard, which made our group feel safe

We had our wedding here and it was absolutely beautiful! We had 20 people total and everyone was accommodated comfortably. We hired the chef for 1 night and the food was amazing but there was some miscommunication about money that should have been put towards groceries and it was either use the money or lose it because they do not do refunds. They were very helpful with booking tours and transportation to the tours. The staff on property is very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond during our stay. We had an issue on our last night with the rooms under the pool smelling like chlorine. Overall for large groups I think it’s a great house.

Such an amazing house with a great view! The house was exactly as described, the whole team was super attentive and helpful each day, giving great recommendations. I would highly recommend staying here if you ever come to Costa Rica, well worth the money! Thank you so much for the amazing time. If and when we come back to CR, we will most definitely stay here again!

Casa Bisily was spectacular! Everything we expected and more. Natalia and the staff were super responsive and helped with everything we needed. The Chef prepared meals with fresh ingredients that were absolutely delicious. I totally recommend this property, you will not be disappointed.

Wow! You will not appreciate the beauty of this property until the moment you checkin. If you’re excited from the pictures, the real thing will have you in another world. The home is spacious and full of private spaces if you ever need some alone time. The rooms are immaculate with clean bathrooms and reliable AC. Our concierge Darlene was out of this world and ensured we had everything we needed. I can’t say enough about this magnificent property. I’d stay here again without hesitation. Our stay at Casa Bisily in Jaco, Costa Rica, was nothing short of a dream come true. The stunning views, the helpful concierge (Natalia), the beautiful infinity pool, and the ever-friendly doorman Pedro created an extraordinary experience that surpassed all expectations. From the moment we arrived to the bittersweet farewell, every aspect of our stay was marked by warmth, beauty, and cherished memories. OMG!!! I COULDN'T WAIT TO COME BACK JUST SO I COULD GIVE THIS REVIEW!! FIRST LET ME TELL YOU. COSTA RICA AND THIS HOUSE AND ALL THE SERVICE IS WHAT YOU NEED. THE STAFF WAS 10 OUT OF 10! THE CHEF U MUST HAVE HER OMG SHE MADE EVERYTHING WE WANTED. WE FELT LIKE WE WERE KINGS AND QUEENS IN THIS HOME. BREATHTAKING! YOU MUST GET THE CHEF YOU MUST!!!! LIKE WE NEVER ATE OUT BECAUSE IT WAS NO NEED TOO. NATALLE SET EVERYTHING UP FOR US EVEN THE LUXUARY VAN .. THE CLUB WE WENT TO SHE EVEN HAD US A BOTTLE WAITING ON US AT THE CLUB.. WE HAD A DJ COME TO THE HOUSE MUST HAVE. IT WAS A 10 OUT OF 10! LIKE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOUSE WAS AMAZING AND IT WAS NEAR EVERYTHING! LIKE 10 MIN PLEASE GET THIS HOUSE WHEN COMING TO COSTA RICA..
