Todd’s place really felt like a live able home with all the amenities, cooking utensils, welcome book of local recommendations. The villa is located in the quieter part of Tamarindo, but so close to all the restaurants, shops, and beach! Would definitely stay again!

The air conditioners worked perfectly. There is one in each room and in the living room. Comfortable beds and pillows. Fully equipped house, hot water, impeccable bathrooms. The whole house is very clean. It's a gated complex, and you park in front of the house. It's in a quiet area, but close to everything. We would definitely come back.

It was an amazing experience!! We got a bit of rain, but we still enjoyed it very much! It is in a very convenient location, close to all the amenities and the beach. Todd leaves everything super well prepared; there are even amazing toiletries provided by Todd, and he has a laundry center that is super useful when you need to dry or wash clothes quickly and easily. The living room and the house are beautiful, and we will definitely be back many times!

Excellent place to stay, it's super close to the center, at night it's a bit lonely but there are still plenty of Uber rides available! The place is very spacious and very comfortable; it has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and very good parking.

Excellent accommodation, very spacious, great king size bed, everything was extraordinary and comfortable, very well thought out kitchen facilities, beautiful bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms, beautiful living room, great decor, it's the best airbnb of our holidays in Costa Rica!!

We really liked this Airbnb! It was very comfortable and very well equipped! We appreciated the location (easy walking distance to the beach), comfy bed, large bathroom, pool, and helpful host and property management team. The house was quite spacious, the kitchen well stocked and there were many amenities such as beach towels and chairs, washer/dryer and detergent, and safe. Highly recommend!

Todd was a great host. Great communication with timely responses. While you have to walk a bit to the center, there are a few restaurants really close as well as a good sized grocery store. It was great having the pool as the beach was a bit too wavy for to swim in my opinion. Having a washer and dryer was definitely clutch. Also it was amazing that it was quite cool especially at night in November without needing the AC, particularly at night in the bedrooms.

Central location. Very safe, private place, everything was very clean and tidy, very friendly staff. Super clean pool, easy to get in and out, family atmosphere. I would definitely go back.

My two friends and I had a fantastic stay at this Tamarindo property! The location was perfect - walking distance to the beach, bars, and restaurants - and the fast WiFi made it easy to work remotely during our stay. We loved having multiple bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, washing machine, and powerful AC in all rooms. The property felt secure with proper gates and locks, giving us peace of mind throughout our trip. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers!

We enjoyed the private and secure location. It was far enough from the main street to be quiet, but close enough to walk. The pool was great. The AC in the living room and bedrooms worked well. The beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrellas were appreciated! As were the games and the rain umbrellas! We would stay there again.
