Lovely clean, spacious modern apartment, the apartment was perfect and the facilities great. We really enjoyed it. There were builders next door that started early but you could not hear them too much in the bedroom.

Very nice apartment, very attentive. Everything was very close. They are honest about the sound issue, but in reality you don't hear much. You can rest without any problem. The sound is minimal.

6AM Construction noise daily! It was quite a nice home, but having to be awake so early from grinding metal and other construction noise every day, and not being able to peacefully relax at home in the afternoon after returning from morning activities, really detracted from the place. At the end of this year it might be a 5-star home, but right now it's not great. Also feel the host may not be local, as when we asked about laundry he just sent a link to google search for laundry, which included some inaccurate results. A local host should have better information.

This place was our favourite accommodation during our stay in Costa Rica, was a great space for the cost. Nice clean area, and kitchen was set up with everything we could have needed. César was a great host, gave us recommendations of stuff to do in the area and was quick to respond if we needed anything.

Very pleased with the accommodations. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated, within close proximity to walk to the town centre. Cesar was incredibly helpful in offering and following through on making bookings for our trip. His communication is proactive, clear and thorough. Highly recommended staying at La Casona, and Cesar as your host!

Very nice apartment, renovated, well equipped and close to everything! Ideal for your visit to La Fortuna and the Arenal volcano whether you have a car or not. César was a great host, offering activities and coordinating everything. The staff is warm and professional!

Cesar’s place was in a great location. Walkable to the Main Street and close to all restaurants. Cesar was a great host. He arranged all of our bookings for us. He was very responsive when we had questions. An absolute gem in the neighborhood!

Cesar’s place was great. Well thought out and had everything you could ask for. Bed was comfortable and the shower amazing! All within a 2 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Cesar was very quick to communicate and offered additional services for exploring the surrounding area. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Thank you for a short but brilliant stay.

It's a super comfortable apartment in the center of La Fortuna. It has everything you need and César was always attentive to anything we needed. Highly recommended if you want to go to do things near the Arenal Volcano

Cesar was amazing ! He was super helpful with every step of the way, very responsive. The place is also beautiful and close to La Fortuna main strip, makes it easy to walk ! Great experience overall
