Alonso

Alonso’s place was amazing. My kids loved it. Alonso was always very helpful from the beginning to the end. And the caretakers were awesome, makes us feel at home, very patient and nice with the kids and us. Strongly recommend.

The stay at Alonso's house was phenomenal. He even gave us the check-in early. The house is complete for a large family. Most importantly, we all had a great time. I would come back again.

The house is sensational. Very well maintained and well decorated. Beautiful villa located right on the beach. The pool and the whole environment make you feel at home. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is everything you need. The common space is perfectly arranged. In addition, the housekeeping service is helpful at all times and responds to all needs. And finally, a beautiful beach. Nothing more is needed!

We spent 2 days in this Villa. We were 3 families of 4 people. The villa was large, enough room for everyone. Huge and so beautiful beach. We really enjoyed the hammocks everywhere and the 2nd floor to watch the sunset and relax listening to the waves. Finally, the people who take care of the Villa (Belkis and her husband) are great people and so warm! Belkis cooked for us, maintained the Villa throughout our stay, took care of washing the dishes, cleaning the floors and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. She even allowed the children to take the chicks and feed them. Only thing to be careful of, in the evening when you put your feet in the sand, there are a lot of cockroaches everywhere on the beach! Otherwise Just a big wow and a big thank you to our hosts for this unforgettable stay! 😍

We liked the stay very much. The people in charge of the house are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and complete. The house comes with everything you need. The pool is very clean. The areas are spacious.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the beach of this amazing place. The caretakers were amazing and really looked after us and helped us with anything we needed. The rooms were clean and beautiful and everything was perfect. We are very grateful and highly recommend Casa Miramar .

The house was lovely, the owner is friendly, and the house keepers were wonderful. The area is quiet and safe. The one thing I’d say is that the house is a bit on the expensive side compared to other houses we have rented in Nicaragua. Even still, we’d stay there again.

The only thing I wish was better was Alonzo’s communication. We do not live in the area. So I asked him before we arrived if he could recommend places for us. The 3 places he recommend for us to eat were ALL closed! 2 of them we were able to discover they were closed via the internet the other one was unclear, so we ended up walking pretty far to get there only to realize they were closed for good. All the places he had recommended were closed for good. This was disappointing and because we never spoke to Alonzo once we arrived we couldn’t relay this to him. However, the person who greeted us when we first arrived (his friend) and the friends wife, Becky, were absolutely incredible!!! Becky cooked and cleaned for us and she was by far the best!!! Hard workers and lovely individuals. The place was super clean and stunning with all the views. The beach was just steps away! I would highly recommend this place and hiring Becky. We could not say enough about Becky and her family! 10 stars!
