This is a beautiful condo in a prime resort and location. This 8th floor condo has beautiful views of the ocean. You can watch the sunrise from the balcony. The unit is clean and comfortable. This resort is very nice and clean. The pools are great. It is right on Medano beach, which is very nice. We were able to swim and snorkel right from the beach in January. We saw whales from our balcony. It is about a 20 minutes walk on the beach to the heart of downtown Cabo. The on site restaurants are good but quite expensive. We took an Uber to Walmart and stocked up for the week. The restaurants in Cabo are also very good. Roasted was our favorite - 5 stars! Overall, this is a great, low-stress, enjoyable spot to experience Cabo.

What a perfect vacation! Luxurious. Plenty of space for our family, including a separate area for our adult children. Very close to downtown Cabo San Lucas and so fun restaurants/bars a short walk down the beach. Staff were very friendly. Loved having a market on site to pick up essentials. Kenzie was so helpful with activities/restaurant recommendations too!

Our stay was flawless. The checkin was quick and easy, the staff was friendly and helpful. The condominium was very comfortable and spotless. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Kenzie's villa was amazing. It was updated and well stocked. The views were incredible. I can highly recommend it.

Always wonderful at Villa La Estancia. Kenzie’s place was in great shape. The views are spectacular and the amenities are too. I only wish that some food basics could be left in the room so that we wouldn’t have to keep replenishing. But that is the resort policy and not Kenzie’s. All in all a wonderful place to vacation. Well worth it.

Definitely would go back to this unit. The amenities were top notch and the restaurants Kenzie recommended were outstanding. If you have kids look at the meal plan but if you are headed out every night ask Kenzie as she knows the best spots.

Great place, beautiful views! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Coffee and chilling on the patio was fantastic. We ate in a couple nights and used the nice kitchen and grill on the patio. Great place!

Great experience. The service is top notch and the unit was spotless. Cleaning crew every other day does a better job than my cleaning lady at home. Had an issue with the kitchen drawer and Kenzie had a crew in to fix It no lie within less than 15 minutes. Great experience

Beautiful location and room - if you are familiar with Cabo, this is one of the better, more upscale resorts close to the downtown area.
