We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was spectacular, and my children had the best time. There was truly everything we could possibly need right there, so we didn’t even have to leave the property. The house is even more beautiful in person than it looks in the photos—which is saying a lot! Everything was exactly as pictured, and the entire place was beautifully maintained, comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped. One of the highlights was having monkeys visit us during our stay! It was such a special and unforgettable experience for the kids. 🐒❤️ We loved the privacy, the beautiful surroundings, and how peaceful and relaxing the whole experience was. It felt like a little piece of paradise. The kids were so happy, and honestly, so were we! This is definitely one of those places you leave already wanting to come back. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, family-friendly getaway. Thank you

Casa Teka exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The property is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed, making it the perfect place to relax and spend quality time with family. What truly made our stay special was the hospitality. Raul was incredibly kind, attentive, and responsive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The home is exceptionally well-equipped, especially for cooking and hosting larger families or groups. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the spacious common areas made it easy for everyone to gather, share meals, and create great memories together. We loved every minute of our stay at Casa Teka and were genuinely sad to leave. It’s one of those places that feels special from the moment you arrive. An excellent place! Very nice and clean. Raúl, the host, was very kind. The place is superb if you want to stay in this beautiful location without being near the busiest part of Hacienda Iguana.

Nice house! We recommend it!

Loved it! everything went smoothly. It does require a little maintenance like painting and that but the room, beds, bathroom everything was clean. Joel was a great host. Loved it!

Great spot and friendly host

Beautiful expansive home in Hacienda Iguana. The house is right on the golf course with its own pool and boche ball court. The 2 studios are not included in the rental but the available beds can sleep up to 8 guests. The studios are rented separately. Playa Colorado is about a 5-10 minute walk. The beach is ideal for surfing. It’s a little too rough for swimming but there is a beachside pool. We loved the beachside cafe Pili’s Kitchen. For dinner service we walked across the golf course to the sushi restaurant which had the most amazing sushi roll ai’ve ever had-fried calamari roll…delicious. Overall, the house is great for a family or group of 8. The community offers various activities and dinning options.

Joel's place, Casa Teka, was truly wonderful. The layout of the rooms worked well for our group of 8 (2 families of 4). We spent most days in the pool, on the bocce court, in the hammock, on the rooftop terrace and sunning in lounge chairs. The weather was perfect, with a constant breeze that tempered the hot sun, and indoor air conditioning made sleeping comfortable. The cleaning and landscape staff were friendly and discreet - they kept the property in excellent condition throughout our stay. Raul, our concierge, was very helpful with booking restaurants, acupuncture, massages, and more. Cars were easy to rent and Brenda, our daily cook, was lovely - her meals were family-friendly, healthy and tasty. The beach, volleyball, pickleball, cafes, small shops, and restaurants are all within walking distance or a short golf cart ride away. The golf course was never busy, and leaving the community for day trips was easy and enjoyable. We felt safe and had a highly relaxing vacation!

This is my second time visiting and I was just as delighted as the first time. The service is excellent and the house is beautifully decorated. The house was so clean that we sometimes bumped into the sliding doors 😅

Beautiful stay, loved the area, we are already looking forward to being back!
