Staying at Kassamigos Beach House was an absolute highlight of our trip to La Paz Oeste! The house was clean, well maintained, and perfectly situated right by the beach. Kenia was extremely hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and relaxing stay. We would definitely love to stay here again!

We had an excellent stay. The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The beachfront location made the experience even better. Kenia was a very friendly, attentive host and responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it 100%. Thank you for everything!

Kassamigos was a lovely home, and our family of 11 had a wonderful stay. The property is well appointed, with a beautiful outdoor dining area and pool where we spent much of our time. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the property manager was always responsive. A special thank you to Daniela and her husband—their hospitality and incredible meals truly elevated our vacation. We'd happily return just for Daniela's cooking! Future guests should know that the stairs to the upstairs bedroom are not pictured in the listing and may not be suitable for young children or older adults. Also, while the bedroom A/C units worked very well, the unit serving the common areas wasn't quite large enough to keep those spaces cool during the hottest part of the day. Overall, we made wonderful family memories here, and with a few small improvements, this would be an exceptional place to stay.

We had a large group and there’s was enough space for everyone to do different activities and not feel crowded. The Groundkeepers were friendly, respectful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to come back.

Kenia's place is great. Our family loved the stay. The pool was the most used out of all but the hammock placement is perfect covered by palm trees and ocean breeze. The house it self was perfectly set up with a beautiful dinning table set up perfect for large families like ours. The kitchen equipped with lots of essentials from pans, baking tools, blender and all essential utensils. We brought our own towels but for the few that did not Kenia had enough in the home to use and we loved the outside towels, perfect for having out on the pool. We would 100% recommend your stay here. One thing which is common everywhere in the world the surrounding little town stores were super pricey mind you it was little things here and there that we needed but forgot that we bought but for the price it was very pricey aside from that our stay was wonderful. Thank you Kenia for a great service and for being super attentive during our stay.

Only one tv for 11 people??? Showers and some of the toilets need to be replace

Thank you for your feedback. We respectfully disagree with some of the comments, as we take great pride in maintaining our home to a high standard of cleanliness and care. Our property is regularly cleaned and well kept to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. Regarding the TV, our listing clearly reflects the amenities provided. We have a shared TV available in the home, and while we understand preferences may vary, TVs in every bedroom are not standard or necessary for every guest experience. We continuously work on maintaining and improving our home and appreciate all guest feedback. Thank you again for staying with us.

The house is nice, spacious and comfortable. We were traveling with 9 children, and they had a great time. The pool is deep enough for them to enjoy themselves, and the parents can relax too. The sea breeze on the pergola outside and in the hammocks is delightful. The only thing we didn't like was Daniela's service. We paid $45 a day for minimal service, but that has nothing to do with the house; it's optional, but I wouldn't use it again because her service was quite poor. Communication with the host was very good. The experience at the house itself was 100 points; there were 4 of us as a family, and the only negative comment was about Daniela's service/attention.

This place was a little piece of paradise. The grounds were beautiful, the beach was incredible, and everything was very clean and well maintained. The house manager was extremely friendly and attentive. He gave great recommendations, helped with grocery shopping tips, and was always just a call or text away. Truly one of the best hosting experiences I’ve had. I would absolutely recommend this place again and again.

By far the best place I have stayed . Super clean , smelled good and everything worked . We were welcomed by Daniel and his wife who were helpful and friendly and showed us around . I loved the pool the outside patio and seating and the nice outdoor refrigerator for my drinks . Beautiful sunsets and much more . Thanks , I highly recommend
