My family and I were very pleased with the property. The place was centrally located right next to the park and only a few blocks from the beach and any other restaurants and activities you might be interested in. We particularly liked the privacy and the pool. It made for relaxing time at home that we very much appreciated. Sergio was a fantastic host and was super responsive. He even helped us change batteries on the thermostat to make sure that we wouldn't be uncomfortable. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone interested in having an enjoyable time in Jaco Beach.

Great place with a location that allowed easy walks to most restaurants.

As in the previous year, we had an extraordinary time, the place, the space, the amenities, the cleanliness, the atmosphere, the availability of Sergio to be aware of any need. Totally recommended.

Sergio was fantastic! He was always quick to answer if I had any questions and our stay was wonderful! Pool and house were so clean! We would definitely stay here again!

Sergio’s place is exactly what he advertised and more. The gated place is located in a safe area near the main strip with all the restaurants and only about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Sergio has excellent communication skills and all our questions were answered as quick as possible. We highly recommend staying at Sergio’s place and will definitely be booking again the next time we are in Costa Rica. Pura Vida

Excellent location and great place to stay.

Advertising was spot on, Sergio the owner was quickly responsive with all questions. The location was outstanding, the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you needed for cooking and so on, the air conditioning was cold the beds were comfortable in the pool was great as well as the privacy. The location was outstanding and would highly recommend. I have rented other houses condos and hotels in JACO in this by far was the best

Wonderful stay. Beautiful pool with an awesome waterfall. Very close to the restaurants, bars and shops of Jaco. Very comfortable beds and great shower. We were very fortunate to pick this rental — felt very save, beautiful house and pool. Thank you Sergio - we arrived late and you were there with the lights on waiting. We had a amazing stay and Sergio very responsive if you need anything. Place is located 1 block from the beach and right off the main strip. Grocery store directly next door to stock up on food/drinks. Walking distance to all bars and restaurants. Not in a location secured by a private guard/gate like the surrounding hotels, but still very secure with its own barred gate/walls. Highly recommended

Beautiful house, perfectly centrally located in Jaco. Spacious clean and professionally maintained and managed. Sergio is a great host. He was reachable any time and gets you the needed help on time.

This place is in a prime time location and makes getting around easy. I had a blast on this vacation and would stay again in a heartbeat .
