The house is great, excellent location, the place was clean and have everything you need to have a great vacation. The A/C works but sometimes it didn’t feel cold enough.

The space was peaceful and offered beautiful ocean views. Located in Palma Real community within Hacienda Pinilla, this property was an amazing deal. Jesus was a great host, and was both responsive and friendly throughout our stay.

Great stay at Casa Armonia! Extraordinary service from Silvia and Jesus. The house was well equipped with everything needed for an amazing holidays. Definitely one of the best options to stay within Hacienda Pinilla.

Jesus’ home is beautiful and in a great area. Check in was very simple and we had easy and quick communication. I loved staying here and will definitely be back.

This is an excellent place to stay, very clean and equipped with everything you need to live there as much as you want. Pool is about 5 min walk from the house and you can see a beautiful lake and appreciate nature in the way there. The view of the ocean is amazing, I can't describe the sunset you can see sit just in the living room of the house. Silvia and Jesus are excellent hosts, very responsive at any moment for any thing you need to make you feel comfortable. This is a great place to stay, very clean and equipped with everything you need to live there as much as you want. The pool is about a 5 minute walk from the house and you can see a beautiful lake and appreciate nature along the way. The view of the ocean is amazing, I can't describe the sunset that can be seen sitting in the living room of the house. Silvia and Jesús are great hosts, very responsive at any time for anything you need to feel comfortable.

We had an amazing time, the host (Silvia) was always kind and we had an overall outstanding experience. Both Silvia, Jesus were very responsive and flexible to accommodate our trip, they both live nearby, so if ever you need anything you know they'd be around to help you out. The house was nicely decorated and very clean, we felt right at "home" from the very first day. The property is located at a perfect peaceful and calm spot right in front of the beach in the Hacienda Pinilla which was exactly what we were looking for. House amenities were past our expectations, even internet access was great throughout our stay. We can't thank enough the property owners for this amazing house which we hope to keep coming back to!.

This place is lovely. Incredibly clean and has stunning views of the ocean. The house is located in a very large gated community which also includes the JW Marriott resort. The home is ocean front and has wonderful sunset views. You can have access to the neighborhood beach club for $10 a day which includes a pool and beach access/ amenities, a beach bar and other activities. You actually get the $10 as a voucher towards any food or drink so it doesn’t go to waste. The staff at the beach club were so kind. You can also easily access the Marriott resort as well and all of their restaurants. Fun tip- go to the beach club and then take a short walk on the beach down to Lola’s on playa avellana for a fun casual beach bar break from the resort feel. Overall this place was amazing. It felt like a private resort and the perfect place to unwind. I would suggest buying groceries for using the grill out back and drinks before arriving though because you won’t want to leave and I imagine it isn’t too close to the nearest market. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing or romantic stay!

The house has a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean through a two-storied + glass floor to ceiling window with a balcony overlooking the living room and with a view of the ocean. It is close to the J.W. Marriott Resort and Spa with its fine restaurants and to the Pinilla Beach Club. Guests can use the beach club for a $20/ person fee that can be applied to food and drink purchases at the beach club. However, if you have difficulty climbing up and down stairs, be aware that the bedroom and full bath are on the upper level.

Amazing location and very responsive host. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a scenic retreat.
