Our family enjoyed this place so much! The house and cabins are beautifully decorated; the beds are comfortable; everything was so clean. Alam helped us coordinate additional services like bbq and massages. The swimming pool and easy access to the ocean made our stay more fun. We definitely recommend Majagual.

This property is very beautiful and we had an amazing time with our family. Alam and his staff provided us excellent service and made our stay extra special. This property and beach is so beautiful we chose not to leave the house for the entirety of our stay and we are planning to return as soon as possible. If you plan to visit the road is challenging to get to the property, but well worth it. Definitely recommend a 4-wheel drive.

if you have the opportunity to book at this place you must. this is one of the best places I have stayed in the country. very private and secure with your own beach access. the beach, the sand and the stay along with the service was excellent.

We celebrated my dads 70th birthday here and it was absolutely perfect. Cannot recommend enough. The beach is beautiful and there was plenty of room for everyone. We will absolutely return for another visit.

We recently enjoyed a stay at a spacious villa with direct ocean access and exemplary staff, especially our bartender, Javier, who was truly professional and charming. Initially, some amenities were not working, but the responsive team fixed these issues swiftly. The secluded location provides privacy and stunning ocean views, though it's a 15-minute drive to the nearest shops and cafes. The highlight was watching unforgettable sunsets and spotting a friendly sloth on-site! While the meals were decent, they didn’t quite justify the $100 USD per person price. Despite this, the serene setting and fantastic service make this villa a recommendable choice for a unique getaway.

Beautiful location, surrounded by nature and what feels like your own private beach basically. The host, Alam, was awesome! He took great care of all of us and even did our groceries! We hired a chef, Felicita, and it was the best decision ever. She made us breakfast, lunch and dinner and every meal was amazing! The whole staff at the ranch was extremely friendly, our bartender Ramon was great, he kept making us fresh juices everyday. Overall our stay was a 10 out of 10, zero complaints!

The trek to get to the villa , although challenging was worth it ! Alam, villa manager , was responsive to every request I had and made sure to make my large group was tended to beyond measure . He went above and beyond to make sure we had every single thing we needed. The villa is literal heaven and I cannot wait to come back ! Plenty of space for our group of 14 comfortably. We never ran out of things to do and felt like we were in home . Thank you Alam & staff for taking care of us all . Can’t wait to see you all again soon .

We had the most amazing stay at Rancho Majagual! When we arrived, Alam and the staff were there to help with any of our needs. The people working on the property were all extremely friendly and helpful. The property itself is absolutely stunning. The team does an amazing job keeping it beautiful. The pool is perfect, we spent a lot of time in the pool and under the palapa. We brought our 6 month old with us and it was the absolute perfect place to have him. The private bar and casitas were perfect. We cooked dinner most nights and Ramon the bartender took EXTREMELY good care of us! I cant speak highly enough of him! He made us great cocktails, and we enjoyed spending time with him. The beach is beautiful, we had fun swimming in the waves. We enjoyed walking over to Juanita’s kitchen & the tortuga bar on the next beach south. We also walked down to Playa Maderas which was about a 25 minute (beautiful) along the beach walk. There is great surf here and bars/restaurants. We will be back!

This was by far the best vacation we have ever had. The property was magical. Alam and staff were so attentive and made the trip so memorable. I can’t think of a better place to spend my 40th birthday. Highlights of the trip were spending time in the cabana playing family games, walking the beautiful remote beach, body surfing in the waves and the catamaran ride. We will be back for sure!!

We had a great stay at Rancho Majagual. Very helpful and friendly host, anything you need, he’ll help you sort out. Same thing with the property staff. Here you’re surrounded by nature and treated to your own private beach. This place is a rare gem.
