Honestly, one of the best places I’ve ever stayed! I am a frequent traveler, and when staying in apartment complexes, I often encounter issues with miscommunication or awkward treatment. However, staying at Andres’ apartment was flawless. I can’t recommend it enough! Pros: Easy check-in process Convenient access in and out of the property Amazing views Super comfortable and cozy space The only con I can think of is the occasional dog barking next door, but it wasn’t a big issue at all. I highly recommend this place—a fantastic spot to stay when visiting San Jose!

This was my second time in. 2 months staying at Andres place and it was just as incredible as the first time. Andres title needs to be upgraded from Super Host to Super super super host. Will be back again very soon

Andrés's place was very comfortable and convenient to many restaurants, shopping and medical/dental facilities in San Jose. The unit is well equipped for vacation or business stays. Andrés was proactive in getting a necessary repair done on a damaged roll-up shade that happened by the previous guest and didn't hesitate to provide a partial refund do to the inconvenience. Andrés supplied an umbrella at my inquiry if one was in the unit and was quick to respond to messages. There's a few negative issues, as with any rental. Mainly the noise. Some neighboring units have dogs that tend to be barkers. There is a lot of street noise and numerous construction projects in the neighborhood that get loud starting around 6 or 7 in the morning. This is pretty typical for San Jose Costa Rica though. Some of the fixtures, such as towel bars and hooks need to be secured better. The washer/dryer combination machine takes about 5 hours per load. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We had an amazing 2 week stay with Andres. The apartment was located in a fantastic high end tower in a fantastic location. Restaurants, bars, cafes, auto mart were all in walking distance from the apartment. Getting around by Uber was a breeze and very cheap. Andreas was always easily accessible on the few times I needed him to assist with the TV as everything was in Spanish. I would definitely be visiting again and I recommend this place if you want a peaceful relaxing high end apartment.
