The house was amazing! Great views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable! The house staff were so sweet and helpful! We will be back again!

We absolutely loved Kimberly's place. It was ideal for our family. The layout couldn't be better for our group of 10 and everyone had plenty of room to spread out around the home. The view was spectacular and we loved every minute of our stay. Thank you Kimberly!

Kimberly was the best host I have ever worked with! She was always available to provide support and answers to any of our questions. She was kind and connected us with wonderful people for massages, food, and day trips. If I could rate her at more than 5 Stars I would. My family truly enjoyed our week relaxing at Kimberlys home.

Villa Contenta is a beautiful place in a perfect location. We were looking for a quiet, restful place for our anniversary week and we certainly found it here. There are so many lovely details throughout. Two minutes to the beach for glorious sunrises and sunsets! 💞💞💞

Villa Contenta is a beautiful property with easy access to the beach and a great outdoor area with a wonderful pool. The property is very safe with 24-hour security, and the staff is very friendly. The location is very close to both the marina and downtown. I would recommend the property to anyone looking for a safe, luxurious residence in the Pedregal area.

Kimberly's villa is next level- SPECTACULAR!!! Stunning sun-soaked views & sounds of ocean waves all day. Very well appointed & draw dropping, honestly. This place is magical, so impressed! It was the best respite 8 NYC nurses could have wished for. Leaving our vacation fully recharged & relaxed. Kimberly's staff are exceptional. We also used her chef & masseuse. This was a phenomenal experience. 10 Stars . Highly Recommend & I will be back for sure. Thank you to our gracious host Kimberly🙏💕

Everything was absolutely perfect. Gorgeous house with spectacular views. We saw whales every moment we looked. Such friendly staff and so much help arranging boat trips and dinner reservations. This place was really above and beyond my expectations. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. Location is perfect, close to town but private and steps to the beach. The view from the house is unmatched. Whales breaching all day. House staff is friendly and quick to clean every day. My 40th birthday was one I will remember forever and it has a lot to do with this place. Thanks Kimberly!

Staying at Villa Contenta is a DREAM. We had the best time and her staff was absolutely amazing. It made our trip even that more special. I highly recommend staying at her villa.

Kimberly’s house was truly an unbelievable experience. Great location in Pedregal right by the beach. Extremely friendly and welcoming cleaning helpers. All of the amenities are great, down to the fact that all the house’s water is filtered. The owner and manager were friendly, helpful, and available. We hope to come back!
