The house is very nice; the beach is private and quiet; it's ideal for getting away from it all and disconnecting from the daily grind. The caregivers are very friendly, and the manager is too. We will definitely be back soon!

Such a beautiful place

Absolutely gorgeous home, great location, super private beach. Everything was just as described, the host was super attentive before, during and after our stay. Our only regret is that we were not able to stay for at least another night due to our short vacation time available. Mario and Cyntia were great as well, super attentive and just lovely people overall. If I could, I would give a higher rating than 5 stars.

I wanted to make memories to remember, and this beautiful place fit all the needs for me and my family: a private pool, grill, beach in front, and a beautiful place to sleep and wake up to the sunset. Mario the carer provided me with a legendary service 🙌.

This Airbnb was gorgeous. The house is right on the water and the pool is perfect to hang out. The house was a great size and everything was clean. We will definitely be coming back here! Highly recommend.

A tropical paradise. The beautiful villa, directly located on a beautiful beach, offers amazing ocean views. We very much appreciated the cleanliness of the place. The villa is also very well-equipped. You can find everything you need to cook. Board games are also a nice addition. The pool is very good. Finally, Mr. Mario and his wife Cynthia who live on the property are extremely kind, helpful, and thoughtful. Being on the edge of the water, you can expect to see small ants that sometimes sneak into the house. We highly recommend this villa to anyone who wants a lovely seaside house for a relaxing holiday.

Beautiful place

Amazing beach, beautiful house and beautiful pool . The pictures do not do it justice. Really an amazing place to relax and unwind. Turtle sanctuary about 5min drive away. We picked up groceries in town (San Juan del Sur) before heading into Coco and that worked perfectly for us.

The house is very beautiful, kitchen and very clean rooms. Beautiful and clean pool. Beachfront. Jan always responds very quickly and Mario the caretaker is always attentive and very kind, I would definitely come back
