The place is in a fairly accessible and quiet place, the house is large and the pool spacious enough.

Sandra's house is a great place to disconnect from it all in great weather and in a great place. As a suggestion, bring fresh clothes and everything you can from the supermarket (there are only shops with few products nearby). We hope to come back again.

Sandra is an excellent host, Villa de Fàtima was a different place we met in Guatemala, it has trampoline, futio set, children's tables and chairs, and a low side in the pool for them. The atmosphere is eco-friendly. It can be cooked with firewood, use comal, etc. The place is discreet, safe and without hustle. You can go to the ruins, church, viewpoint, suspension bridge, river etc perfect for changing destinations in Guatemala and for going with family. The cleaning of the house is very good. They have a fixed service person and a guardian. Sandra's family was available in our stay to help us. Recommended!!

Sandra was an excellent host, communicating quickly at all times and clarifying all our questions. Villa de Fatima was a clean, private, safe, well-equipped and unique place in the eastern area. We had the opportunity to go out to meet local artisans, church, ruins, cafe and cardamom estate and La peña del Ángel for ecotourism! We will definitely be back, thank you for your attention
