John and Josefina were always available. They were even there to greet us when we arrived. Excellent service and impeccable accommodations. Very clean, comfortable, and it makes you feel right at home. The ocean view and the sunset are very nice. They also provided us with a golf cart for 6 people to ride around the complex. I am very grateful to them and happy with the vacation.

A amazing stay! The space was wonderful and what a great view of the ocean!!! They had everything we needed and more. The property is huge and has great food and lots of amenities. Lots of fun!

We absolutely loved John Mark's condo. It was a gorgeous space - clean, modern amenities, and plenty of space for our family of six. Most of all, what a spectacular location and view. The wrap-around balcony with jacuzzi was a phenomenal way to enjoy the view of the beach and ocean and amazing sunsets! John Mark was a tremendous host. Extremely responsive, and went out of his way to help with anything we needed, including resort arrangements such as golf. He was also very flexible and helpful with check-in and provided very detailed and accurate directions on how to locate the property and get into the unit. Overall, a tremendous Airbnb find. We are very glad to have booked his location. If you are looking to stay at Diamante, John Mark's condo is an awesome choice!

Wow wow wow! What an amazing week at John Mark and Josie's place right on the beach at Diamante. Our family (3 kids) had an absolute blast playing in the pools, hot tubs, and drinking delicious drinks by the pool. The obstacle course at the kids club beach was a ton of fun for adults and kids alike, and the Tiki Bar there was great for adults! John Mark and his wife Josie were responsive 24/7 and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great vacation. This will be our go to place in Cabo from here on out! Thank you for your hospitality, we cannot wait to come back!

From start to finish, this was by far the best stay we have had not just in Cabo, but in an Airbnb. John and Josie were incredibly accommodating: communication was impeccable even leading up to the trip, providing grocery services (was even able to work with a family members extensive allergies), providing recommendations throughout the stay, and ensuring we had everything we needed upon arrival. We cannot recommend their rental enough and will only be staying here moving forward on each Cabo trip. Staff, amenities, restaurants, pools, and views - only to name a few things at the resort - were exceptional. Seeing whales every day from the balcony was incredible. Everything was perfect!

My daughter stayed there the week before for a 40th celebration, and after talking to her and all the great things she said about it, we made a reservation that day for the following week. It is a beautiful condo, looks out onto the ocean, well appointed and supplied. Abundant high quality furniture, inside and outside. The landlords wife had stocked the kitchen with our requests, we had arranged transfer to and from the airport, which made it very convenient, all made possible by the land lord and his son. The resort has six restaurants and 2 1/2 golf courses, and many other amenities. We highly recommend this condo.

Everything was perfect with this rental. John Mark's communication was excellent 👌. They went the extra mile with coordinating much more than the residence. The location is amazing- we were able to watch whales directly off the lanai - morning, afternoon, and evening. The sunsets were amazing every evening. Not only was the kitchen very well stocked, but having access to the golf cart to go the other restaurants was fantastic as well. Everything in the condo was top shelf including the electronics, linens, beds, hot tub, custom service, etc... We will definitely book again!

SO BEAUTIFUL AND AMAZING! This was the most relaxing, fun vacation we have had in a while, and that is in large part due to this awesome airbnb. The hosts were so very responsive, thoughtful and kind. The views are outstanding, and the resort area itself is just a dream. You won't regret it- book this place! I really hope we can go again someday.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and very roomy. John Mark was an incredible host. He was very responsive and coordinated groceries to be delivered, golf tee times and a golf cart for our stay. Diamante has several restaurants to choose from and we enjoyed the pool as well as the lagoon and golf course. Diamante is a bit of a drive from the nightlife and restaurants in Cabo. We did go into town a couple nights of our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent here again.

This place was absolutely beautiful, clean well maintained, and the host was a pleasure to work with very easy to communicate with and overly accommodating.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience! The breathtaking views, warm communication, and vibrant atmosphere made our stay unforgettable. Plus, the condo was spotless! We can't wait to return for another amazing getaway!

Just absolutely gorgeous!! The sunset..the views...amazing all the way. Beautiful pools...i cant say enough! John is the best!! He went the extra step for us and we were soo thankful and very happy! We travel a lot and were thoroughly impressed with this unit. The owner has put a lot of thought into what people need to feel "at home" and comfortable. Highly recommend!
