We would highly recommend staying at Miguel's property. the pictures don't do it justice. it's a really peaceful location and the garden area is full of wild life. The gardener and housekeeper attended regularly and were very helpful. We will glady return in the future

Excellent location, very quiet area, quick access to the beach And to the tourist area

Second time here and had again an amazing time! Kids loved the backyard with all the wild life and we were even able to see this time around spider monkeys! Definitely on our list to come back!

This is an incredible place that will leave you speechless. The house is huge. The garden and pool area is stunning and the visiting wildlife is astonishing. If I had to pick any negatives, I would say the kitchen needs better utensils (a lot of them were also dirty, so had to wash before use) and the bed in the bedroom at the front of the house is incredibly uncomfortable. But this is a small price to pay for the overall experience. I hope to visit again one day.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Coral, the photos do not do it justice! The interior is elegant and beautifully designed with so much sunlight and greenery. The backyard was as fun as the other reviews mentioned - full of little animals and birds all day long and with soft and well maintained grass. My son loved running around back there and it felt like we had total privacy. The area is very safe and secluded but a very short walk from the main roads and easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see. We loved the beaches close by and enjoyed walking past Mayan ruins each morning to get to them. We are already planning for a return trip! Thank you Miguel for letting us stay in your stunning home!

Very beautiful property and great location. Would definitely come back

This stay was even better than expected! Location was beyond perfect.. so close to the beach and shopping. Having tennis courts right outside was a definite plus. The house was beautiful… clean and designed in such a unique way. It was so nice to have someone clean while we were here. We loved the outdoor space as well. Miguel responded to everything in a timely manner. We appreciated his flexibility with checkin and checkout. We would love to come back again!

Really great house. Felt serene, safe, and quiet. So much wildlife in the backyard. That was a fun perk. Comfortable beds, easy AC, and hot showers. Great places to hang out with the group.

Beautiful place, incredible location. One of the best air bnb we ever stayed at (and we travel a lot!). The villa is spacious, bright, artistically decorated, with everything you can think of you need for your stay. The backyard with all the tropical animals visiting it is magical. Your personal zoo! Fascinating. The location is better than we imagined. A few minutes to the beach and a few minutes to the shopping and restaurants area. The host was helpful with any request we had. We will definitely come back and recommend the place to all our friends. Thank you!

Exceptional stay at Villa Coral — already booked again We stayed at Villa Coral in Playacar Fase I as a family group of five adults, including a first-time visitor to Mexico, and this home exceeded expectations in every way. The backyard is spectacular — deep, lush, and beautifully landscaped, with a private pool and constant views of nature. You don’t need the TV; watching the wildlife (especially the coatis) became daily entertainment. Our grandmother absolutely loved the villa, especially her bedroom, the pool, and the peaceful atmosphere. The security and service were outstanding. The gated community gave us real peace of mind, and the staff were exceptional — meticulous pool care and a warm, thorough housekeeper who made us feel truly looked after. The villa is spotless, extremely well maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with every amenity you could want. The kitchen is fantastic — very functional, great propane stove, excellent fridge, and everything needed to cook properly.

Incredible villa, with everything you need available, the position is optimal, the residences are monitored. I recommend it 👍🏼
