We came as a group for my birthday trip and had the best time. It's right next to the main strip with everything. We rented a 5 person ATV, which Fiona helped organize. It's up a steep hill (all paved though) in a gated community and the big pool is more towards the bottom of the hill. The little pool that was a part of the house was so great though. The whole house was perfect, and we could even see the La Lora break for a quick surf check from the house balcony.

The house is beautiful and very comfortable with a beautiful view, located in the jungle with a view of the ocean. The house's facilities are very comfortable and the decor is very nice. The host was always attentive to our needs. A 4x4 is needed for access.

Other than having a hard time arriving and leaving bc of the very steep hill that shuttles can’t climb, the home and town are beautiful and magical.

Lovely place would definitely come again!! The hill is big, if you are fit (we were girls in mid 20s and walked up it 2-3 times) it is ok but still a trek. We rented atvs and I would recommend that. Host was super lovely and accommodating!

I loved this place ! The pool on the balcony is amazing, also the space, very spacey, puzzles, amazing view, AC in every environment , a lockbox to share the key, and absolutely beautiful! My only comments would be that you definitely need a car or atv, the road after the gate can be overwhelming. We rented a car and would go down with it and park it down each time we wanted to do something outside. Even if the town is walkable; the road to the house is something else. We had an issue with the pool lights but they sent over an electrician right away ! Very helpful and responsive. We saw lots of wildflife on our balcony ! Iguanas c a monkey; and many squirrels, so beautiful. The security at the gate very friendly as well. I’d definetely come back ! Amazing view and very close to the surfing beach and restaurants

This place is amazing. We loved watching the sunsets from the private pool and watching a family of monkeys swing by in the trees from the upper deck one morning.

I spent three days at Kara’s place, and it was truly an amazing experience. The property is even more beautiful than the photos, with breathtaking sunset views. It’s very private, and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Kara was an incredibly attentive and welcoming host, making sure we had everything we needed. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

We had a lovely stay at Cara‘s place. You must have an ATV or a car to get up the hill. We ended up extending our rental car for this reason. Unbelievable views and very spacious. Overall we had a fantastic time. Thank you so much for letting us stay!

Had an amazing stay in this lovely house in Santa Teresa! As clearly described, and mentioned in other comments, the hill up to the house is extremely steep. We recommend having access to an ATV or something similar – even for a group of energetic 25-30-year-olds like us :)

Beautiful place to stay with family. Although the climb up to the Airbnb isn’t easy (fortunately, we had 4x4s), the view is worth it. We really appreciated the included housekeeping during the week. The beach below the Airbnb is superb, and the pool is very convenient in hot weather.

The service was excellent and the house was everything we expected and more. Highly recommended for families or large groups. Very safe gated neighborhood and spectacular views

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Santa Teresa. The house is truly beautiful, with a breathtaking view directly over the surf spot and unforgettable sunsets every evening. Everything was smooth and effortless from start to finish. We would especially like to thank Fiona, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. Her support made everything feel easy and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better host, and we would happily return. Highly recommended!
