These 4 nights were quite successful and we had a great time. Largely thanks to Pablo and Mari who are charming hosts and very friendly. This is a place where you can feel comfortable and at home! The apartment is large, modern, very well equipped (full kitchen, washing machine, wifi) with a balcony overlooking the forest. If you like nature (the entrance to Cabo Blanco Park is right next door), birds (great!), and peace and quiet, this is the place. Very recommendable.

Mari and Paulo are welcoming and friendly people. They're always available. The apartment was large, clean, with lots of equipment and in a good location. I would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent location. The room was impeccable, the kitchen had all the utilities necessary, the toilet was super clean and had lots of tiny details that made me feel like at home. The beds were amazing. The balcony is amazing for relaxing. The dogs are super cute and friendly and the host were amazing, we got received basically at the door with a piece of fresh papaya. Best hosts and Airbnb that I've ever been to. We're just sad we didn't book this place for longer.

We had a great time at Paul and Mari's place! Not only was the place perfect and the surroundings paradise, but in addition Mari and Paul are wonderful people. I can only recommend this AirBnB wholeheartedly!

This Air B n B and the hosts are the absolute shining gem of Costa Rica. I cannot express in words how lovely our stay there was. Mari, Paulo and there two dogs instantly felt like family. We felt completely safe and comfortable in their home. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay, the beds/pillows we cozy and it was very clean. If you love nature and being in a peaceful serene setting this is the ultimate place to stay. We wish we had booked many more nights there. We spent every morning on their beautiful balcony sipping our coffee while watching Howler Monekys, Whitefaced Monkeys, Squirrels and a zillion species of birds. Cabo Blanco Nature Reserve is also a short walk away which was a huge highlight of our stay there.

Amazing place to stay, surrounded by wildlife, howler monkeys, white face monkeys, humming birds. The apartment has all brand new equipment, fresh, huge open space and very peaceful. Wonderful hosts made us feel right at home.

Great place, comfortable, nice decor, and big plus we've seen three times howler monkeys, hummingbirds, an iguana, a couple from Ara 🤩 all from the terrace 🙏

We enjoyed our stay at Paul's place. The balcony is beautiful with lots of birds, hummingbirds, and wildlife. We enjoyed waking up to howler monkeys. Our children loved daily visits from the neighbor's ducks and chickens. We felt safe and even though it was a bit of a walk to the center of Cabuya, we enjoyed our quiet stay just at the end of the road by the entrance to Cabo Blanco. One of our favorite parts was visiting with the chocolate artisan across the street. The only thing to note is that Paul's place is best for a couple. It was a little uncomfortable for our family of four for a longer stay. It only had one queen bed. The other bed was an air mattress. The neighbors, Jairo and Helen, were also very sweet and helpful.

The place is just as you can see in the photos, meters from the Cabo Blanco reserve. The place is perfect for relaxing, I recommend a 4x4 to walk quietly. We spent a week in this house and loved every day. The only thing to improve I would say is the kitchen, which is a little small, but it still serves to prepare something basic. Otherwise, I recommend this place, Jairo lives in the back of the property, which still creates more security, it's still a very quiet place. Nice and quiet place with lush nature nearby.

Paul always replied quickly and communication was easy and friendly. We were welcomed by Jairo, who lives with his family in the property behind the apartment. Jairo is friendly and gave us some advice and recommendations. The road leading to the apartment is a bit challenging, a Jeep-like car or 4WD is definitely recommended. The apartment is completely new and of a very good standard. Perfect for a couple! You’ll have everything you need. The view is beautiful and the location amazing almost at the entrance of the national park. The only noise is from the monkeys living in the surrounding trees. We will defeat come back.
