It was a fantastic stay. The house was very comfortable and very clean. Everything was perfect.

was a great stay and a unique location.. the only thing I would advice is to ensure the roads there are accessible before traveling to puerto viejo. When weather conditions are bad you will stumble across land slides/floods which leads to road closures and not being able to arrive to your destination; I learned this the hard way but beside that everything else about this air bnb was excellent.

Top to bottom, Tres Lunas was perfection. In the spirit of “tres” I bring you our three favorite things: 1) Wendy and Heather. Talk about lovely people. They were with us every step of the way. 2) The home. Pure magic. Beauty beyond words. Peaceful, spotless and so cozy. 3) Location perfection. Morning walks through the neighborhood. Jungle sounds galore. A sloth. Monkeys. Close to town and beaches. Pura Vida embodied.

The moment we finally got into this home it felt really serene. It’s a hide out in a jungle, you will hear jungle animals early in the morning especially the monkeys, that’s their jungle but if you love peace, quite, and a place that feels a little like Bali this place is your perfect match. We had a 10 days stay a family of 5 and my son didn’t get tired of jumping in the pool he loved it, my little 7 year old daughter won’t stop swimming in there with her two little dolls as well. The pool care taker was very good, came 2 times while we were there, to do pool maintenance. The housekeeper who came to clean the common area did an amazing job too. The location of the kitchen was my favorite place every morning. My husband loved the little garden area. I saw him praying there every morning. Overall our stay was memorable! Thank you Wendy! Our stay was really incredible. We loved the house, the outside living area, the neighborhood, the sounds of the jungle day and night. The only thing, and I know there’s nothing to be done about it, is the sound of constructions around that sometimes spoils the beautiful peace of the house. But the hosts have been really amazing and understanding. We really hope to be back soon! Thank you

We had a lovely time in Villa Tres Lunas! The house is modern and beautiful decorated, it felt like we were in the middle of a djungel with the howler monkeys nearby. Our hosts Wendy and Heather communicated proactive to us and gave us lots of useful information.

Villa Tres Lunas exceeded our expectations. Incredibly private and a feast for the senses - waking to bird calls and howler monkeys each morning; listening to tropical rain drumming on the roof; spotting birds in the palms fringing the deck and monkeys in the trees beyond. Beautifully designed and furnished - I’ve never had such a comfy sun lounger! Beds super comfy too. Loved the outdoor kitchen, which had everything we needed and more, such as hot and cold water dispenser. Washer and drier also a bonus. Heather and Wendy were always quick and friendly in response to our questions but tbh, we didn’t need to ask many, as the info supplied was thorough and very helpful. We hired bikes and were able to reach Puerto Viejo and beaches at Cocles, Punta Uva, Arrecife easily. Recommend Puerto Pirata for sundowner cocktails! And look up Jaguar Rescue Centre - we usually avoid organised tours but this one was special. Thank you Heather and Wendy for sharing your slice of Caribbean paradise!

We had an incredible stay here. The property itself is absolutely stunning—tucked into a jungle setting with beautiful surroundings (and even a resident sloth with a baby!). It felt peaceful, private, and truly special. A short walk through beautiful tropical streets to the beach was awesome too! What made the experience exceptional, though, was the host. They were consistently responsive, checked in thoughtfully, and were always ready to help with anything we needed. They went above and beyond to make sure every part of our trip was enjoyable—even things that weren’t their responsibility, like offering to help us when we had a flat tire. Giving great suggestions for restaurants and activities too. They took ownership of our experience in a way that felt genuine, not performative. You can tell they truly care. This wasn’t just great service—it felt heartfelt. We’d absolutely stay again. If you’re looking for the trip (and accommodation) of a lifetime, STAY HERE!

Excellent place, we spent a very quiet time with the family, it has all the comforts to enjoy the stay, a complete Caribbean experience that includes vegetation and fauna in one place. The divine and comfortable rooms, as well as the kitchen space, dining room, pool that make the place perfect for living together! I definitely recommend it, they have a 100 in everything, we will return of course!

Everything was perfect for our stay in Las tres Lunas The visit of the mischievous raccoons and Luna the sloth who visited us in the tree facing the terrace delighted us. We had a very nice evening with the Caribbean meal prepared by Chef Glenda. Thanks to Wendy for her help. She was very attentive to us . An unforgettable stay for all of us 😍

Great little jungle retreat. Wildlife was abundant and the location was tranquil and relaxing but not too far from town. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house in the middle of the jungle, it's exactly as shown in the photos. Very comfortable rooms, the kitchen has everything, the pool is very nice and works excellent that it is right there (but if the sun does not come out, it is freezing!). It has beautiful views of nature. It's close to town, but you have to go by car. It's very quiet and you can rest and sleep very well. Perfect for a quiet plan.
