A very comfortable and clean house. Yes, we had a problem with an air conditioner that didn't work, but Dorian fixed it the same day. I recommend this place. Set back from the hustle and bustle, with a beautiful view.

Dorians beach house is incredible. So close to the beautiful Hermosa beach. The house is clean, quiet and has plenty of room. Each room has its own bathroom and shower. The kitchen is huge and clean. Gated community and garage gives you peace of mind for your vehicle and belongings. Jaco is close by and has everything you need. The grounds keeper Victor was amazing and helped us get fresh coconuts to enjoy! We had an awesome time here and I would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent accommodation, the place is as shown in the photos. Olivier is always attentive. We would definitely return. And perfect for a stay with family and children.

I have never left a one-star review, but I feel it is important to warn others. This home is not safe for families. On our first day, two people stopped us on the beach and warned us to be careful in this area. The house next door has been taken over by squatters. A person pretending to be a delivery driver knocked on our door to see if we were home. The security guard just watched loud movies and was not attentive. We had to knock on the “security guard” door loudly a few times just to give him a bottle of tropical tea. The house was filthy with dirty toilets, towels, floors, and more. We tried to clean the towels but the dryer was broken. There was standing water on the roof and bees nests on the balconies so we could not use them. We booked for three nights but left after the first day for safety. The host called me a liar. I did not ask for a refund for this. I just wanted to keep my family safe. I hope this helps others make an informed decision before booking this property.

To everyone reading this, this person told me he left 3 days after his actual departure. When he told me what happened I immediately drove 5 hours to where the property is located because he said there were security concerns. I arrived, I see the same neighbors since over 10 years, we are located on a national park, there is a government office 100 meters from the house. The police do round trips to check on the natural park because it's protected by the government. These guests believed 2 random people on the beach and never asked me, the guard or the lady that did check in, all who live inside the condominium where there are over 10 houses. I told the client he was mis informed and he now says I called him a liar. We welcome anyone to read our reviews, no one has ever, in 10 years renting, had a bad review concerning the safety of the property.

We had been in contact with the property managers prior to our arrival and were told that early check-in would be possible since we were staying for more than three nights. However, when we arrived, the house was not ready. Fortunately, the cleaning lady happened to be at the property and kindly let us in, but the house was still unprepared and not properly cleaned. The overall condition of the house left a lot to be desired. The jacuzzi was in poor shape, with loose tiles, and in need of repairs. One of the wooden chairs was also damaged, and someone in our group actually cut their foot on it. The refrigerator wasn’t working properly—it was leaking, didn’t stay cold, and the ice machine was broken. At checkout, the cleaner showed up and asked us to leave 30 minutes early because new guests were supposedly arriving, even though the official checkout time was 11:00 a.m. Overall, the house was poorly managed. The only positive was the cleaning lady who did her best to accommodate us
