The space is very suitable. The A/C worked perfectly, as did the fans. There was no shortage of water. Everything's good and the area is very convenient.

Excellent location, close to shopping malls, supermarkets, and ATMs; the house is very spacious and equipped with everything needed for living. The only minor issues are that the electric stove doesn't work properly (it doesn't heat up enough for cooking) and the hooks on the bathroom curtain keep falling off, but nothing major. The service from the host, Pau, was excellent; she was always attentive and ready to help with everything.

The Airbnb's location is excellent. It's in a very good location, and since Chetumal is a relatively small town, everything is close by. The only thing we noticed is that you can hear the cars on the street quite a bit, but other than that, the location is very good. The house is spacious and has three bedrooms in good condition. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms are also very nice. We only had a minor issue with the air conditioning in one of the upstairs rooms, as it didn't cool properly and emitted moisture, although it didn't significantly affect our stay. The main drawback was in the kitchen. There was only one frying pan, and that seemed insufficient for a house designed for more than five people. We also felt that the stove didn't heat up properly, which made cooking a bit tricky. It would be a good idea to add one or two more pans and check the stove.
