Best vacation my family has ever had. Fiona and her team were wonderful and very accommodating. We are a family of 14 with 10 adults and 4 kids with some pretty picky people and no one complained which is a first for us. The home is amazing I don’t think the pictures do it justice the architecture is simply amazing. There was plenty of space and privacy. Everyone was amazed by the wild life being so close without even leaving the estate. Food was excellent and very accommodating for the kids. Fiona is wonderful we talked for hours and she booked excursions for us quickly no matter what time of day she was always available to us. I would definitely return in a heartbeat and more importantly my family said this was the best vacation they had been on which is really saying some for them.

Can’t say enough about how great our stay was. Breathtaking views in every direction that pictures just can’t capture. We had a cook on the premises that made fresh delicious food daily, which left us time to enjoy our family rather than worry about shopping and cooking. Countless animal sightings and encounters. Fiona was really great with helping arrange excursions and answering any and all questions we had. Highly recommend! Look forward to returning.

Hands down the best rental experience we’ve ever had! The house and location are stunning, but the service is what truly sets this place apart. Any hesitation about the logistics of such a large property vanished immediately thanks to the incredible staff. Having three full-time people supporting us (including Fiona’s remote help) made our stay entirely stress-free. The food was phenomenal, and the hospitality was second to none. We’ll definitely be back!

Fiona was amazingly available and so quick to respond. She made sure everything was in order and was so accommodating for arranging last minute requests! Highly recommend the beautiful views and Coasta Rican wildlife right in your own backyard!

This was the perfect house for our group. It was the most beautiful location. We saw more wildlife at the house than even in the national parks. It was a large space with plenty of room for our big family group. Fiona was so helpful in planning our trip. She was very responsive, flexible and helpful. We loved having food made at the house. The food was great and it really felt like a vacation not to have to worry about food! Everything was perfect.

This home is AMAZING!!!! Fiona was AMAZING! The staff was AMAZING! I highly highly highly recommend!! This was a company retreat, and we were so spoiled. I loved every minute of it! I wanted my team to feel rewarded for doing so great in 2025 and they TRULY were with this trip. One of the most beautiful homes I have ever seen.. the pool is amazing, we saw monkeys and Mcaws... it was a Coasta Rican DREAM!!!

Fiona was an amazing host!!! The house is beautiful and wildlife is abundant for sure , Monkeys, Macaws, Toucans. The drive is a little long and bumpy from the main road but that's what makes it so peaceful. Will definitely stay here again

Fiona was an amazing host! She was extremely attentive, answered all my questions, and explained everything clearly. The home itself was gorgeous, relaxing and had plenty of space throughout. Oh the monkeys were such a fun bonus. Overall just a great host, great location and a beautiful home. I will definitely stay here again.

This home is unbelievable!! It was the best vacation any of us have had. Fiona was perfect. Quick to respond to any of our needs. She is very kind. Anibal and Leticia made our trip. They took good care of us and the food was incredible. 5 stars. Hope to come back.

We loved our time at Villa Avalon. Fiona was amazing, quick to respond and she helped make our time in Costa Rica worry free. You can tell- she actually cares about your entire experience in Costa Rica - not just your time at the Villa. The house staff was wonderful - we always had fresh towels, beds were made daily and somehow they managed to keep things picked up around the house without us realizing it. Also - the cook is wonderful - delicious meals daily. The security gates going into Punta Leona were extremely strict -which can feel a bit over the top after a long day but it was also comforting to know they enforced strict procedures - so we didn't mind. The house and property is beautiful. More than enough space for our group of 16 people. Wildlife is abundant on the property with daily visits from the sweet little monkeys. We LOVED our time and Villa Avalon and highly recommend it. (Thank you Fiona!)

The one word that comes to mind, is MAGICAL. Fiona and her staff catered to our every need. Food, transportation, events, and planning. I had a group of high profile, boogie, individuals here for my wife’s 40th birthday and everyone was blown away! The views and the size of the house was unreal. we had everything we needed and the staff kept everything clean. Not to mention the most exotic birds and even monkeys were well behaved and in the backyard! we didn’t even have to leave the house to see them. The ride to the beach was scenic and 5 mins. White sands too! Riding to Jacó was 30 mins. The house. especially the 3rd floor is not ventilated. I’m a person that sleeps in 69 degree temperature or I’ll sweat. In this house the ocean breeze took care of that! It felt wonderful. I travel all over and get very expensive airbnbs, and this one is in my top 2 ever!!!

A Slice of Paradise! Our stay at Fiona’s villa was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away — the photos honestly don’t do this place justice. The home is stunning, spacious, and impeccably designed with every comfort in mind, but it’s the view that truly takes your breath away. Waking up to those panoramic sights of the coast and jungle was surreal. Fiona was a wonderful host — communicative, thoughtful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The villa felt private and peaceful, yet close enough to explore the local area easily. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, enjoying morning coffee on the terrace, or watching the sunset with a cocktail, every moment felt like a dream. I know we were there for slightly under a week, but the staff made us feel right at home! Not sure if I can add their names, but ABSOLUTELY made our vacation one to remember! If you’re on the fence — book it! This was one of the most amazing family vacations we’ve ever had.

Fiona was a great host. Everything was so enjoyable. I would recommend anyone to go stay at Fiona's Air BNB. The food was great, and she is available to help assist you with everything you may need and very responsive. We cannot say enough good things about Fiona and our experience. We would for sure come back and stay here.

Fiona was amazing! She was so kind, helpful, and patient with our large party coming to celebrate a 40th birthday. She arranged multiple excursions for us with ease. She responded quickly to all of our questions and requests. All of her staff were so kind and went out of their way to make sure we were cared for, all of the food was amazing and even on days that we didn’t plan meals, they made sure we had fresh guacamole and homemade chips and other yummy snacks always available. Even with a slight language barrier they were so kind. The house is absolutely beautiful with nature surrounding. We saw and heard scarlet macaws daily as well as toucans and white faced capuchin monkeys all playing in the trees surrounding the pool. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a beautiful, relaxing experience.
