We will book again! Absolutely take her suggestion for the one day fishing/lunch/snorkel trip with Robert. Probably our best day of the week. Staff at the pool and pool bar were attentive and friendly! Home is clean, nicely decorated and comfortable inside and on deck for our 3 adult couples

This was our 4th back to Ambergris Caye and we brought our kids with us (11,14,19). They loved it! The place was amazing, perfect location and amenities. Great recommendations for food and fishing trip. We would definitely stay here again.

We just had an amazing week, the property is beautiful, had everything we needed. Comfortable, clean and the best view! Loved being in the resort with the housekeeping and amenities. But what really stood out was how helpful Van was. She communicated with me well before the trip, and set up an amazing birthday dinner for our daughter as well as a wonderful day out on a private boat, the Captain was awesome. I highly reccomend booking with Van!

Everything was very nice. Beautiful place. Very helpful staff. The only inconvenience was that we did not have direct access to laundry machines -- staff would pick up and wash clothes once per day, but that was not as convenient as it sounds. This is a very minor issue -- overall the place is great!

Great condo, exactly as per pictures. Super location, the benefits of a condo with the 'home' amenities, but also part of a hotel suite that allows a number of services (cleaning, beach towels, pools, lunch/dinner areas & bar. It is the perfect location on the island, just close enough to the town and activities, but a little away to be quiet et relax with a great dock, pools and sun lounging areas. Van was an amazing host, always available to answer my numerous questions, she has a ton of local contacts for activities: scuba diving, rental a boat with reef fishing and beach cookout of the fish we caught, rental of carts, chef at home, deep sea fishing, etc. Super nice & easy to do business with. We will return for sure, I highly recommend to anyone wanting to be in San Pedro in Belize.

Van was an amazing host. She provided so many great recommendations and helped coordinate a private chef who did an amazing job! The condo was perfect for 3 adult couples, lots of space, great kitchen and spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view! I would highly recommend!

We had an amazing time! This condo/resort is even prettier than the pictures. The resort staff was very helpful and kind. The condo is in a perfect location, very clean and spacious. The view is spectacular! Van was an amazing host. Very responsive, communicative and extremely helpful with answering questions and booking our flight to San Pedro and other tours. You won’t be sorry if you stay here! We are looking forwarding to coming back in the future.

Incredible host! Took care of everything we needed from schedule our flights over from Belize City, to scheduling a chef the night of arrival as well as scheduling our fishing trip the second day. Couldn't have head better guidance, and a more stress free trip thanks to Vanessa and the people on site! Thank you Vanessa. I expect we will be back.

Van is truly the BSST host I have ever had. she is very responsive, helpful, and a delight! Her place is SPECTACULAR! We watched the sun rise from our huge balcony. The location is prefect and you get the best of an amazing large apartment with everything you need, including house keeping and ALL the amenities of a resort. I HIGHLY recommend Van and this property! You will be glad you did. Kenneth W

Everything is perfect. The house keeping was excellent, they even do your laundry! The location is fabulous. Very comfortable beds and bedding. All three bedrooms/ bathrooms are large and have good water pressure for a nice shower. The kitchen has everything you need. The living and dining area are both very well appointed. The deck is SUPER and where you will want to spend your time! The pool area is very nice, it is both large and very clean. We rented a golf cart for our entire stay which worked out great because we went into town a couple times a day, it is about a 10 minute ride. The town is very easy to navigate since it only has three main streets that are filled with little shops of every kind. We also made it to Secret beach with the golf cart which is a must do. It was our first time to Belize, but I don’t think it was our last! Thanks Van for sharing your awesome beachfront condo!

Thanks Vanessa for all your help in planning things. Your uncle was a jewel and taught my husband and our friend so much about fly fishing. Your condo was lovely with great amenities. The people were very friendly and helpful and the food at the resort was great!

A beautiful, immaculate and very comfortable condo. We all enjoyed the entire property. It was a perfect location to all the great restaurants and bars. We will be back!

This is an amazing home in a beautiful location on an amazing island in a historic country. We loved everything. My family was impressed with the sheer size of the unit and how beautifully it was decorated. Pictures are accurate but don’t reflect how truly spacious it is. Will happily stay here again when we come back. Owner was communicative and helpful before and during our stay great Air BnB experience all around.
