This place is beautiful, much beautiful than the pictures, I loved the view. The house was clean all the time and very spacious for a group of people. The furnitures are very comfortable, my son loved the hammock. Upstairs at the bedrooms, you can sleep with the windows open because of the fresh breeze and windy. Very important it is a secure neighborhood. The helper was available all time and very friendly. I recommend it

This was my family 2nd time to Nicaragua and we have also traveled internationally quite a bit, it was an 8, 9, 14, 17, 23 and two Parents, we never felt cramped had plenty of indoor and out space, the onsite staff is more then you could ever ask from from needing help with the simplest thing to having Marina make you breakfast or dinner in that case, Which you will not regret, the house is very private no one bothers you & one of the best parts is the puppy Petey who wants nothing but love and snuggles from whoever stays there.. Definitely plan on staying again.

We had a wonderful time! The home was beautiful and Marina and Eddy were wonderful. We can't wait to come back.

This place is amazing! The house is clean and very well kept. The view of the beach and the surrounding areas is spectacular. The host was super responsive and the crew she has taking care of the house are super friendly and helpful with everything. The host was super communicative before and during the stay as I asked her questions about the property. Its a great place to stay more than enough room and the pool area is just beautiful. I really enjoyed my stay at Sea House.

Just wow. Everything was perfect ! The house was spotless and well equipped. And looked even better than in the pictures. The view is stunning. We loved listening to the waves crashing below and the howler monkeys. The pool was recently redone and looks spectacular. Although we didn’t cook, it looked as though there was nothing else we could have needed . If you get the chance, have Marina cook for you. Her food was increíble and she even cleans up after! It’s also very affordable. Eddy was amazing too. So helpful, so friendly. Just a wonderful couple. And Petey - what can we say about Petey! He’s a brute! Very strong and very loveable. Kids loved playing fetch with him. The location is great, very close to town. A tiny bit far for walking as it is pretty steep hills to get up and down. But even without a car, it was easy to get into town using rose’s recommended contact, or even having a taxi bring us back - about $10-12 each way. For us it was worth it to not have to rent a car (which you can easily do in SJDS). Rose was an incredible host. She was beyond communicative. Answered any time I had a question. And assisted with so many things. I would highly recommend rose’s place if you’re visiting. You really won’t be disappointed.

Staying at The Sea House was such a wonderful experience for me and my family! The pictures online do not do it justice! The house is very large with a cool, bohemian feel to it. When we first arrived, we met with Denise in her office in town and she led the way to the house. Make sure you’ve got a 4x4 vehicle as you’ll need one to make the journey to the house! Upon arrival, Denise showed us around and explained everything to us in detail. The house was very clean! The caretakers who live on the premises, Marina & Eddy, were so kind and always available for when we needed help or had questions. They were also helpful without imposing and allowed us our privacy during our stay. I have to give a shout-out to Marina - she does a great job at cleaning as she’s very thorough and the house was in spotless condition! All the kitchen supplies and linens were cleaned very thoroughly. The house had a lot of items available for our use such as kitchen supplies, yoga mats, towels, etc. We also got to play a bit with Petey the dog! He’s still young so he loves to jump on people and can be a little rough, but he’s very sweet and just wants to get lots of attention and play! The view from the house is also beautiful! You can see the jungle, the ocean, and even see/hear howler monkeys from afar from time to time. I could go on and on about the great things about this house, but I recommend you check it out for yourself! Overall, I would highly recommend staying at the beautiful Sea House!

Loved it! Very accurate to pictures, a beautiful little paradise. Rose is very kind and communicative and Marina and Eddy were always available if needed. We enjoyed our stay in every way.

This property had amazing views all over the house and outside. The pool view and the sitting arrangement allow us to see the sunset. it is close to the city so you can easily relax in a quiet and peaceful environment at the house or have a fun nite in town. The housekeepers and Property Manager were very helpfuland the owner Rosemarie was very patient with us as we had some schedule conflicts, and she ensure we were satisfied during our stay. For those who may be discouraged about having a dog in the house, don't be. we had a 1 year old little girl, and Rosemarie arraigned that their family dog was placed away from the area of our stay, and we didn't hear 1 bark the entire stay, he is well mannered Thanks again for everything

The sea house definitely exceeded our expectations ❤️. The view is amazing, the house spaces are big and unique, we loved every single details of the house, the pool it’s just perfect 👌🏻, also, the kitchen is well equipped!! We will definitely come back 😊! Note: in raining 🌧 season it would be advisable to drive a SUV, pick-up truck, 4x4.

Rosemarie is the best! Since booking Sea House, she was extremely welcoming. The recommendations where accurate. She even asks you what kind of plans do you have, so she recommends only the best for your trip. The description of the house is precise and has lots more info than one should expect. We loved Jack the dog, he is very friendy and kind of lazy (climate is extremely hot). At the end is one of the best houses I ever stayed. The view is amazing, spaces are super big, the pool is just what you need.
