I have never complained about an Airbnb, but I cannot ignore this one. It was in poor condition, and the price was not low. We came from so far away and didn't have the best experience. When you have children, it's important that all services are in good condition, since a lot of time is wasted and it makes for a bad experience.

The location of this accommodation is very good. We were a large group of people, so it was easy to walk to a nearby place to eat or to 5th Avenue. The pool is a good size & the kids had a good time there! Very easy check-in and, in addition, the host was always attentive to everything.

Great location, beautiful home, and the pool was amazing. The place was clean and we felt safe the whole stay. Downsides: the ACs in the rooms leak, the main TV didn’t work, and there’s loud construction across the street. Still a nice stay, just a few things to be aware of.

LOVED our stay at Casa TAAK. The home is beautiful and spacious, all the rooms were comfortable and amenities were stocked. It’s on a quiet street but there’s plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, plus only about a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Overall our group of 10 had a great stay at Casa Taak. The space is big and beautiful. Everyone had room to spread out. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. The direct area is a bit run down and there’s construction throughout the street. We only ate out, so I’m not sure about how stocked the kitchen would be for cooking. There are plenty of plates, limited drinking glasses. I did go collect towels from the bathrooms to have in the kitchen to dry hands and dishes, the went and bought some paper towels, which made washing fruit and dishes more manageable. The beds are extremely firm, I know some folks enjoy that, so fyi, that’s how they are. A large group can have a great time enjoying the space and also being in walking distance to everything. Our host was easily reachable and responsive.

Miguel Angel’s home was great for a large group! The indoor/ outdoor courtyard was beautiful and our group of 12 was extremely comfortable there! He even recommended a local chef for our stay and was very helpful if we needed anything.

We didn’t have Wifi access during our entire 5 days stay. We reported it immediately , Miguel said it was An internet provider issue and it would be fixed within 72 hrs but didn’t happen. There was trash left the day we arrived. We were a party of 16,I pre-advised so that there’re proper accommodations, still, the kitchen didn’t have enough cups and cooking utensils but overall it was ok . About the location, we encountered delays with taxi apps services since they wouldnt pick up people staying near the house bc of issues between private taxi services and local taxis base (sitios) which was surprising but I let u know so that you take it into account The entrance door locking system ‘s battery were low, we reported it immediately and Miguel said he would go next day to check it out but unfortunately he didnt . Besides the autonated locking system, there’s a metal gate with a padlock and we were given a set of 2 keys, there’re no security issues though, thanks God.

Martha, I'm so sorry your experience wasn't what you expected. In small cities like this, services can be poor and different from those in larger cities. Both the taxi service, the municipal garbage collection, and the internet service are outside the service you have contracted with us and although we try to help them to offer you the best experience, the urgency to repair things by third parties is usually not the same as ours. We appreciate your feedback and when it comes to issues specific to our space, we will do our best to improve and resolve them.
