Loved the place! Great location just outside of dowtown Tamarindo. Nice easy bike ride or golf cart drive. Also awesome to have access to the Beach Club!

Great place!

The home, surroundings and outdoor spaces exceeded our expectations! We did not want to leave. The home is in a private development of high end homes. There are a couple of gates in the development with access to a quiet part of the beach. Added bonus is access to the Langosta Beach Club which is a short walk either from the beach or road. We rented a golf cart so we could get into town easier. I recommend reserving a cabana at the club. This was easy to do via email as soon as 1pm the day before. The home is just beautiful! The howler monkeys slept in the trees midday and we saw a ton of birds. The photos do not do it justice. It is larger than it appears and decorated very tastefully. Only difference from is the photos is that you should not keep any of the outside doors open like in the pictures so to avoid bringing the humidity and bugs in the house. We highly recommend!

Our family was very comfortable here and enjoyed the pool and walking to the beach club.

We really enjoyed our stay. Having access to the beach club was a big bonus. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, paricularily Mario, Maria and Freddy.

The house was great but you will need a golf cart if you want to run back and forth to the downtown area. The walk is nice the first time but 3 to 4 times a day is too much.

We had an amazing stay - the host gave us recommendations, accommodated us at every turn, and was extremely friendly. Access to the beach club was a huge plus. Would gladly go back!

We really liked the house, super complete! They were very kind when checking in, they allowed us to leave our bags before entering. The house has everything you need and more, we really enjoyed our stay! And we also take advantage of the Langosta Beach Club that comes included when booking, a very nice place :)

The accommodations exceeded our expectations and service was fantastic. The place had everything one would need and being a short walk to the beach and the club made our vacation wonderful. The management staff made sure from check in to check out that our stay 100+% exceeded our expectations. A fantastic experience, stay and vacation. Would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Casa Paraiso was a great place to spend a week. The separate casita is really nice and it’s great having a private pool. We had a great time watching a group of howler monkeys in the trees right by the house. Lots of beautiful birds also.

The communication between the host and property management team was great. This place is a bit overpriced for the perceived value and location. There is no indoor fireplace as described. The pictures really make this place look a lot bigger than what it actually is. The bed in the second bedroom upstairs is smaller than a queen bed, more like a double bed. No address was provided before booking this place (I had asked and no clear answer was given) so you really had no idea where it was. We get that they don't have addresses per se in Costa Rica but we were'n't really impressed with the location. It's not close to the beach, about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach and into town on a dusty dirt road. We're glad that we had a car to get to the beach and town. The pool filter system and pump did not work. They need to get a new basket to help filter the pool. A little more money to upkeep this property better would go a long way. The dishwasher and ice maker did not work properly. Ice maker kept freezing up and dishwasher left an awful smell. The second bedroom upstairs did not have a TV, and we had to ask for one. We also had to ask for a hairdryer and iron because the house didn't have one. It was great that they brought them when asked. Sadly, some of the towels in the bathroom were dirty. The floor hadn't been swept or mopped very good, my mom took it upon herself to sweep the entire first floor and upstairs too as the floors weren't that clean. Yes, she doesn't mind cleaning but you don't want to be cleaning on vacation. Outside of the unit is another vacant/unfinished house which is sort of trashy looking in the neighborhood. Would be more visually appealing if they would do something about that. The beach club access was nice to have a large pool to use and beach chairs. Get there early on the weekends to ensure that you get a beach chair. They fill up fast on the weekends. In the end, we really enjoyed our trip to Tamarindo and look forward to going back.

Very good service from Steffano & Rafa. We spent an amazing 4 days at the house. It had everything we needed, spacious rooms, equipped kitchen and everything is very clean. The pool after a day at the beach was perfect. It's very well located in Tamarindo, close to everything! Pura Vida!
