The home is beautiful in a nice areas. The check in failed to note a closed gate that made me wonder if we were in the correct location. No hot water which because it was pretty warm wasn't a huge deal. I would not stay again because the cleaning of the home is below my expectations. With a deep clean and hot water this could be an easy 5 stars.

Buenos días Brandon: Agradezco su reseña y su honestidad para señalar sus inconformidades. Tomaremos muy en serio sus observaciones con el propósito de mejorar con el servicio que ofrecemos. Le pido disculpas por encontrarse con los pisos sucios y no hay excusa pero si hay una explicación. Se le dio autorización a un trabajador de la finca para que ingresara a la casa a recoger una llave, probablemente él dejó las huellas con barro en el piso. Lamentablemente, este señor llegó luego de la limpieza profunda que realiza la señora contratada para ese fin. Seremos más cuidadosos para procurar evitar esos inconvenientes. Saludos cordiales
Federico place's is new and beautiful. All rooms had King beds and excellent Air Conditioning. The pool is great and good size as well with beautiful views of the nature. We loved our time at the pool. We chose this place on our way out to the Airport as we had a evening flight. Fedrerico had a late check out time which helped us go directly to the airport.
Perfect, we were delighted. If you are looking for peace and quiet it is a good option, the supermarket is about 20 minutes away, take into account to go prepared. The host is always attentive.
The place is lovely! The house is very new, super comfortable and spacious and has a very well equipped kitchen. Loved the backyard: nice pool, the trees and ambience around it was amazing, excellent place to disconnect! Also, the host was extremely nice and communicative and also helped us with an early check in! Would love to come back!
Excellent accommodation in Orotina, close to the slope, located in a quiet and quiet place. The house is very nice with very modern details, surrounded by nature and in a safe environment just an hour from the city. Best of all, it allowed us to check out at 2pm, that allowed us to enjoy the stay a lot the day we had to go out. The host's customer service was incredible, at all times he responded quickly and very kindly. It's a great stay option and we definitely want to come back.
