Amazing view, peaceful and spacious

Communication with Xinia was excellent. She helped us resolve some issues we had at the time.

This was the last stop on our 10-day CR vacation and it was the perfect way to end the trip. It was so nice to spread out and feel that spacious air in the penthouse after a week of being in more quaint spaces. GORGEOUS 180+ degree view of the lake. My favorite part was wandering downstairs for meals and drinks at the first floor restaurant that were all so delicious. Everyone we met were so kind… from -Nixon, who greeted us at check in, to -Tyler, who chatted with us quite a bit in the app and helped us link up with -Kooky, our driver for exploring town, to our sweet waitress in the restaurant. Even their dogs befriended us! Jacko joined us for a walk and Lucas kept us company at dinner. This last experience made it so hard to leave this beautiful country. Absolutely would return! WOW.

Xinia’s place was amazing. First and foremost is the view, absolutely stunning and breathtaking. Seeing the lake from that perspective, with the sunset and sunrise was incredible. The place was also extremely clean and quiet and we had no issues at all with anything during our stay. Checking in was really easy and the staff at the restaurant were very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend and we can’t wait to get back there and stay again.

The place was as described. The view is in fact a million dollar view. You will not get this view, along with direct lake access, anywhere else. The top level penthouse is more homey than modern/luxury but do not let that steer your decision to rent here, it's well worth it.

The views from this property are absolutely breathtaking and were the highlight of our stay. The panoramic views of Arenal Lake and the surrounding mountains and volcanoes felt like stepping into a postcard. The peaceful setting and natural beauty alone make this place worth visiting. Our check-in was ultimately made possible by George at the restaurant. He was kind, professional, and helpful in getting the check-in process sorted out. We were very grateful for his assistance. The restaurant was another highlight of our stay. The food and service were excellent.

This was a great spot! We wish we had more time to stay. The top penthouse was huge and beautiful! The views are worth the price of admission. Highly recommend booking a fishing tour with Tyler too!

I wish I could stay here for a month! This place was so comfortable and has a million dollar view. Wonderful, delicious restaurant downstairs and friendly staff.

The views are absolutely breathtaking. The apartment is surprisingly spacious and can comfortably accommodate a larger group. Everything was thoughtfully arranged by the hosts, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The view is a knock out, especially the sunset. It’s an exceptional and unique venue. The restaurant downstairs was terrific as was the recommendation for breakfast at Cafe con Amor. We wish we could have stayed longer!
