The place is very nice. What it does need is maintenance. In the social area and kitchen, only one A/C works, which makes the area very hot. It's a shame that the terrace area is not in a condition to be used. It is an area that is not clean, a lot of "bird" droppings... that and the fact that the water in the jacuzzi is also dirty, means that it cannot be used.

The view from the 7th floor penthouse is something you need to experience in person. Watching the amazing ocean view, electrical storms and the most gorgeous sunsets is incredible. Our last stay at Greg’s condo was May 2018 and we couldn’t wait to get back. The condo is well laid out with huge living, dining and kitchen areas as well as 3 private en-suite bedrooms. The elevator is a must and worked great. Pros View to die for Safe gated location Cool Underground parking Jacuzzi on main terrace Very private Tons of towels and linens Great host communications Nice large shared pool Great location just outside busy Tamarindo & w/in easy walking distance Cons Bar area AC, wine cooler and fridge don’t work The kitchen sink is not much use as there is barely a trickle of water from the faucet. More AC is needed in areas other than bedrooms Some TLC, small repairs and a deep cleaning is needed Still a very special place we hope to return to Not just a house, more of an experience to be had

This place was perfect for accommodating our family 8. The views are priceless. The location is away from the busyness of Tamarindo. It was a great value. There were quite a few maintenance issues as others have stated. We forwarded that information to the owners so they could get the management company and HOA to take a look at. The owners were very prompt in responding to any of our questions. They also helped us get great transportation from the Liberia Airport. The pool area downstairs was very tranquil. We made amazing memories at Naxos!

Incredible panoramic views of playa langosta, tamarindo and playa grande, and epic sunsets. Mornings are delightful with the balconies shaded for coffee and visits with the monkeys cruising nearby. Tons of space for our family, and parts of the condo we never even set foot or sat in. A/C in all the rooms were amazing and we all slept so well. Ample parking should you rent a car or golf cart, which is not necessary, but a golf cart makes it much more fun to get around. Fair to say this unit has the best view by far in the area with easy beach access to playa Langosta or Tamarindo. Even though the sunsets are gorgeous from the many large balconies, be sure to make the three minute walk down to the beach to enjoy it from the sand or perched on a tree branch. Very secure complex with friendly security, and very good restaurants a 2 minute walk in either direction. Often with live acoustic music. Small market less than 10 minute walk. All is easy here. Highly recommend. Pura vida!

We truly enjoyed our time at the Condo! Great place with an incredible view! It is very full of appliances, towels and sheets, mostly everything you need! There is a great pool in the complex too! Langosta and Tamarindo beach are great spots to be around.! As others had mentioned, some maintenance is needed , like the hot tub needs more attention as it is their main selling point - Nevertheless is a stunning spot and we totally recommend it!

Playa Langosta was AWESOME and the penthouse suite was fantastic. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when needed. The entire experience was stress free and easy to make happen. It was a perfect distance from Tamarindo. A more peaceful and chill setting, which was perfect for us! The beds, kitchen, and living room were all fantastic! Awesome views and we enjoyed the pool downstairs. We were all extremely comfortable while staying there and were very happy we chose it. Highly recommend to anybody looking to stay

Great size and location. It’s a large comfortable space with plenty of room for 6 people. Easy to get around with a golf cart or by foot and close to one of the quieter beaches. The only drawback was that the place was in need of maintenance when we arrived (kitchen cabinets, shower doors, plumbing, etc.) but all things that can be easily fixed or replaced.

A beautiful stay with a view like a canopy above the best part of Tamarindo. Very serene. Very elegant. The pool was amazing.

Beautiful place, we had an amazing time in this apartment with the family. Alejandro was A+ with communication and helping during our stay. Place is big for families, great location in Langosta and close to Tamarindo. Thanks Alejandro !

You can’t get a better view, sunrise and sunset from the deck. The home is beautiful and has tons of space. We would definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved the penthouse suite! It was bigger, as nice, and the 300 degree view of the ocean was better, than captured in the pictures. Great location with access to Tamarindo and multiple entry points to Playa Langosta. Hosts were super nice and very responsive. We would strongly recommend without reservation.
