We loved our stay with Grace! The accommodation is a little wooden cabin set a short distance away from the main house. A river passes by down below and you can sit out on the balcony to watch the birds and listen to the chatter of the river. The cabin is small, but has everything you would expect and she has lots of shelving so there is always a place to put stuff. The kitchen was very well stocked and everything was easy to find. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about it!

The river,waterfall, and outside amenities surrounding this airbnb is A+++ Great place to relax and to be with nature in peaceful setting. The sound of water flowing is tranquility and calmness that was never seen any other airbnb of past. The view of mountains also adds to ranch property. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking private costa rica hidden airbnb.

We really enjoyed our stay (three days) in this very pretty, very clean and also very comfortably furnished cottage on the edge of a very well-kept property. The view from the covered terrace of the mountains and the river at the bottom of the property is unique. From there you can observe many bird species: Hummingbirds, toucans, vultures, ... At night we experienced a beautiful soundscape from the surrounding forests. A big thank you also to Andrés, who responded very quickly. The property is very easily accessible and is protected by an electric gate. We would love to come back.

Our stay at La Pradera was unforgettable. We had to extend our stay to fully enjoy the property and all of its beauty we had originally intended to spend two nights travelling to and from other attractions, but the yard, river and the pool had us wanting a full day of soaking it in. I can’t say enough good good things about how accommodating, kind and helpful Andres and Grace were. We travelled with kids age range 8-12 and this place was like paradise for both parents & the kids. The river on the property offered two amazing natural swimming pools. We spent an entire day down there. It’s 1 min walk from the cabin. The pool area, grill and outdoor cooking area was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The cabin was spotless with crisp white linens, and the most comfortable fleece fuzzy throw blankets . All of the amenities you need in the kitchen. The deck has a stunning view for morning coffee. The decor was so modern and yet rustic. Perfection in Alajuela!

An amazing cabin. It's a super spacious place with a river and a lake. There are two ranches where you can be. Down from the cabin is a ranch with a super nice and fully equipped lake and river. Up near the house is the other ranch with the pool, also fully equipped. The pool is larger than it appears in the photos. The house is super equipped with many beautiful details.☺️☺️ The only thing is the location, which was confusing. You have to keep going up after the bridge and then on the left is the unpaved street. It's higher than the location. The place is huge and super nice and cozy

The cabin has everything you need for a great stay, wait until you see the whole property. We are costarricans and pretty used to the local flora and fauna, but we felt like tourist exploring our own country. The river, the bbq areas, the trials, bird watching from the deck… it was beyond our expectations. Highly recomended for anyone looking for a relaxing time surrounded for pure Costa Rica’s nature

The place is very nice, we went with 2 dogs which really enjoyed the large green areas to run and play, the river is very close and easy to access so you can go repeatedly to swim in its pools; in addition, there is a ranch next door to enjoy all day. The cabin is a little small but super nice and well-equipped; ideal for couples I would say and freelancers. Regardless of whether it rains or the weather is good, the place is perfect for resting very well and enjoying yourself. Highly recommended!!

If you're wondering if you're going to stay here, don't hesitate! You've found the talk rare! This place is simply exceptional. Everything is perfect: the splendid setting, the very comfortable and tastefully decorated accommodation, the kindness of the hosts. It's been 9 months since we've been traveling and it's clearly the most beautiful place we've stayed. We spent four days dreaming. Only regret, not staying there any longer.
