Unbeatable location. The cabin is very cozy and has everything you need to sleep comfortably.

Great spot in the mountains. Our kids loved watching the cows and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Close to a few restaurants and sodas. Everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked with the basics. The porch is so nice to sit and enjoy the view or dine outside. There is also a little pizza shop around the corner called Ficus Pizza, some of the best pizza we had on our trip.

The house is impeccable. You can't find a better location!! You feel at home!! The manager's friendliness is spectacular!! We highly recommend it!!👌👌🥰🥰

Don't think twice, book it. GORGEOUS and so peaceful. We ate at Toro Amarillo every night, it was so good and a beautiful walk away. Centrally located to all the waterfalls as well.

A peaceful spot just outside of town. Nice to be on an authentic farm and appreciated the fresh milk from the dairy in the morning. The wrap around porch and birds and flowers were lovely.

We loved the rustic cabin! It was very cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fireplace was so nice to have during the cold evenings. The property is magical, you are truly surrounded by nature and it was so nice to walk around and explore. It was also very close to all the waterfalls and DinoLand. We enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was comfortable and well situated. The outdoor space was particularly attractive and added to the facilities.

This place was more than expected. The location is beautiful and also the surroundings. The fire place was the best part of all. After a long hike and being damp, the fire warmed us up and we felt so cozy. You can even get some fresh milk from the farm next door, simply ask Javier.

An unforgettable experience, the cabin is cozy and has beautiful views, it is very close to many waterfalls and other attractions. It has the necessary amenities for a quiet stay and to be able to disconnect from the world and connect with nature. Definitely worth it and we hope to come back soon :)

It is a nice charming place.

An incredible and peaceful place to take a break and escape from the city. Less than two hours from San Jose, good streets and close to many hiking spots for waterfalls. Since the cabin is on a dairy farm, they gave us strawberry milk. In addition, we took advantage of the pizza oven to make some sourdough pizzas that were delicious, the kitchen is well equipped. Loved the place!

It's definitely a place to disconnect from the city. The setting is beautiful. The cabin has everything you need to have a good time as a couple or as a family. A delicious climate and super close to the falls. Highly recommended!

We came straight from a long flight. This is the perfect cabin to start a trip. We loved everything! Especially the design, location, and cleanliness.

Beautiful place, very quiet. Nice for relaxing and sharing with friends or family. Be careful with the driving getting there because the road in very narrow and dangerous.

The environment is beautiful and natural, the place is super beautiful, cozy, warm and super well decorated and furnished. We spent two beautiful nights with our friends. We'll be back!

There were a few things we would have liked to have but those were conveniences and we didn’t NEED any of it. Loved the peaceful property and the fresh milk from the dairy. The outdoor space was amazing.

The place was beautiful and totally tastefully decorated. The oven was worth its weight in gold at the temperatures at 1400 m altitude (for warming up, drying laundry, coziness) and the location was wonderfully quiet and nice in the middle of pastures. However, some of the equipment could be replaced (pots, shower head, window latch...) Wi-Fi and hot water were great!

Very nice cottage- even more beautiful than in the pictures. We made pizza in the oven- it was fantastic! Beautiful trips to waterfalls close by!

The place was very quaint and nice, with a peaceful secluded surrounding. Close and convenient to all activities we wanted to hike and see and nearby restaurants were very affordable and with great food. MIA’s pizza 🍕 and Mariposario Restaurant 🦋 are a must.

The tenant had a plumbing issue. He quickly located us and offered us a 100% refund and paid for another hotel. Very quick and courteous communication we would have liked to see his house but he located us in a very friendly place

I went for a walk with my aunts and the cabin is too comfortable and they have it super nice, very clean and is exactly like the pictures. Fully equipped, the decor is very nice and the beds are very comfortable. They left us very nice details for our consumption that give it a great added value. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay here! The house was beautiful and so peaceful during the rain, especially while sitting outside on the patio area. The house is located in a beautiful location around the mountains, and is walkable to town. We got milk from the dairy farm next door for free as well :) definitely stay here!

What a wonderful and cozy wooden cabin! It looks exactly like the photos. It was very clean, and beautifully decorated with a lot of attention to detail. We appreciated the fresh milk from the farm and the amazing outdoor area (especially the pizza oven). The larger bedroom was very pretty and comfortable, and so was the living area. We really appreciated the de-humidifier available in the accommodation. The cabin is close to the Blue Falls and the Catarata del Toro that we wanted to visit. The only thing that was a great inconvenience to us was the lack of hot water and the problems with the (hot) water pressure. A warm shower was not possible. The cleaning lady tried her best to solve it, but as it is a general problem in the area (as Javier explained), it could not be solved during our stay. But apart from the issues with the shower, we had an amazing stay and Javier was very helpful and responsive.

Cabana Armonia is a cozy home on a dairy farm. We enjoyed seeing the farm animals and relaxing on the covered porch watching the hummingbirds. The walk into town was beautiful with stunning views of the mountains. The house is comfortable and had lovely decor. It was a bit tricky to get the right temperature in the shower, but that just added to the adventure.

This cabin is a dream in a dream location. We loved our stay. There were some problems with the shower/hot water, but our host and the housekeeper did their best to help and were very responsive.

The Harmony cabin is beautiful, the estate where this is very nice you can go for a walk there is a viewpoint and you can even go to the river. The boy who works on the farm is very accessible and gave us perfect directions. The place is very quiet, it is full of peace and serenity.

The cabin is super cozy and always kept warm. The place with its pristine gardens felt like being outside admiring the birds and stars. In the mornings you can wake up to the sound of the birds. Place is amazing. Just like in the movies. We enjoyed the stay, however the house is located in an area without a paved road so you need a high car in order to arrive safely.

It’s a beautiful log cabin . The area is amazing . Loved being on the farm . FYI the cows and horses live near by so there can be a smell but that’s the farm life I love it . Seeing a crack in the log walls to the outside , well reminds me of the old days . We felt really safe I don’t know why the gate. The shower is a challenge but we figured it out . Folks were very nice to us here . We don’t speak the language but a smile and a friendly wave works wonders. We will definitely return to this area .

What a beautiful cabin! Our small family hunkered down on Javier’s beautiful farm. It was super cozy, close to countless waterfalls and high up in the cloud rainforest. Only very early morning sun, and otherwise clouds, mist and rain. Like other reviews, the place was bigger and more beautiful than pictured. And the outdoor patio is spectacular! Perfect for our 3 year old and crawling baby to explore. Gracias Javier!

This is the perfect place to visit a lot of Costa Rica’s most beautiful waterfalls and hikes. It’s not touristy and you can really integrate into nature and unwind

We absolutely loved our stay here. It’s a unique experience on a cattle farm. Waking up to see the cows and horses set amongst the mountains was breathtaking. The cabin was clean and beautiful. There was a cold front while we were there and used the wood stove every night which made for a unique Costa Rican experience. If you’re looking for a serene and quiet getaway, this is the spot. It’s a convenient drive to multiple beautiful waterfall hikes as well. We can’t wait for our next adventure to Bajos del Toro.

We love Bajos del Toro! It's such a beautiful area. This place is conveniently located to town and all the spectacular waterfalls. We enjoyed walking the road from the house up to Juan Castro Blanco National Park. The property is planted with lots of flowers that attract hummingbirds and other birds.

This is a very special spot. The cabin itself is cozy and actually a little bigger than it appeared in the photos! The patio is incredible and we took full advantage of the pizza oven and hanging out outside. But I have to say that the location was just outstanding. Bajos del Toro is a very special place with some incredible hiking and waterfalls right near by. It's a small town but really lovely. I can't imagine a trip to Costa Rica without visiting the area. My one piece of feedback would be that it would be nice if there was a list of all the recommended activities. But whenever we asked Javier a question, he responded quickly. Highly recommend!!

Excellent to get away from it all and rest.

We stayed at this beautiful cabin for a family Christmas. We all loved it. The garden is so peaceful with hummingbirds and the cattle at the nearby farm grazing. The cabin has a really calm atmosphere and you are just a short drive from some of the waterfalls. Perfect.

We spent a few nice days in the beautiful cottage. The fireplace created a cozy atmosphere in the house. Communication with Javier went smoothly.

The house is cozy and everything inside is perfectly organized. Everything you need is where it should be and easy to find thanks to helpful labels. The host was responsive. Make sure you bring your own food. Only 5 restaurants nearby from which 3 were closed and 1 is very expensive. Toro Amarillo typical restaurant has good breakfast. Logan bar gas good coffee and snacks.

A beautiful place full of peace, well equipped, perfect for recharging, we will definitely come back!

If you want a place to get away from the busy city life, this is a great place to visit

A beautiful cabin, just to spend time with family or friends - as in our case - the pizza oven is a plus that we really enjoyed. Extremely quiet, clean and organized... less than 5 minutes from downtown Bassi del Toro where there are up and restaurants, but retired if you want to rest, have a wine, read, share and talk. Highly recommended place!

Javier was very helpful from the moment we rented the airbnb. He was very responsive and helped us by setting up a horse back riding tour on our last day! The place was beautiful, clean and it looked prettier than the pictures! There' s a lot to do near by like hikes, waterfalls and other adventure stuff. 100% recommend to anyone!
