Very satisfied with the stay. They are friendly, and it is very nice and private. Everything is in good condition. A small detail is that it only has parking for one vehicle.

The place is easy to find; it's close to downtown Pérez, close to the beach (just an hour away), and the nearest beach. Honestly, the view is beautiful; I have no complaints.

We stayed here while looking for a house in the San Isidro area. The hosts were wonderful and very patient with us. We messed up some scheduling and also made a mistake when checking out, so we weren't as good of guests as we would like to be. they were very kind and very forgiving. The house was very centrally located it had a great view over the city. definitely would recommend.

This place was great for my work stay in Pérez Zeledón, however it works perfectly if you want to know the nearby tourist areas. It has a perfect and central location that allows you to walk, uber and also facilitate garage for a vehicle, in a really quiet and safe neighborhood. The place is super spacious and spacious. It has everything you need to feel at home, the balcony has a beautiful view of the mountains that surround this General Valley. I definitely recommend it and if I have to go back, this will be my place.

The apartment is beyond than beautiful, the sunrise there were a dream. Sharon hospitality is impressive and always willing to help any request.

Quiet, modern furnished terrace apartment with a view and very reactive hostess. We felt very comfortable and, except for a butter knife and larger frying pans, we didn't miss anything to be able to cook and eat in the property like home On foot, the apartment would be about 20 minutes from the center. However, the only way is along the busy main road. In the quiet neighborhood you will find a well-equipped supermarket. The house has video cameras outside, which were turned off during our presence and, according to the host, have been turned off. When we left for a day trip, they would be turned on without us informing about our way. At the very least, we interpreted this because the camera on the terrace was directed back at the property. Perhaps worth mentioning for those who, like us, are not used to.

The place is located very near the center of the town. Loved that the place had 2 full bathrooms. Very clean and clutter free.

We had a great stay at Sharon's place. It was very spacious and had a great view of the sunset, as well as the city. Also appreciated that it was walking distance to groceries and a few restaurants.

The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood and the balcony offers a splendid view of Cerro Chirripo. Nidia was very responsive for check-in and check-out, which we appreciated because the portal needed to be opened remotely. The apartment itself is very modern and clean, and we really enjoyed our stay!

Sharon is a wonderful and responsive host. Her home is spacious with lots of natural lighting. My wife and I loved doing yoga on the very large balcony with its fantastic mountain view. The kitchen is modern with quality pots and pans. A few tips for staying here: There are no blackout curtains so bring an eye mask or go to bed early as it becomes very bright in the room at 5:30 AM. There are a few loud barking dogs nearby so definitely bring earplugs. There is no hot or warm water in the shower. But if you turn the shower on with lower pressure the water will be cool instead of very cold. FYI: There is another 2 story white house nearby so double check you have the right one. Overall we had a very nice stay! Pura vida.

This is a nice and airy home. My dad and his wife stayed here while doing some home improvements on their home. Sharon communicated well with us, she was friendly and helpful. The parking spot is very small, so a large car would not fit. Overall this was a great stay a nice home near the center of town. Thank you Sharon.

This Airbnb is AMAZING for San Isidro! It is all new, super clean, very large and well decorated. I have stayed in CR many times (5 in San Isidro) and this rental has been the best, by far! One of the best features is the large balcony that you can sit out on and look at the mountains. There are so few places in and around the cities that actually have places to sit outside, let alone with a view. The location is great. It’s in a very nice residential area but only a short walk or 4 minute Uber ride to almost everything. You will not run out of space or privacy in this rental. There is a mini shop on the same street and a panadería with fresh baked goods around the corner. There is a great parking space, no traffic. It’s quiet in the morning as well as beautiful as the sun rises over the mountains. Also, the hosts are available to communicate nearly immediately. We had difficulty finding the house in the dark and rain and they were so helpful! I truly hope I am able to stay here again!!

Sharon is an excellent host. The property has everything you need and is modern and equipped with fast internet. Unfortunately, the dogs in the neighborhood were a bit noisy.

The apartment is nice and safe, it is located well close to the city center. Check-in was very easy and hosts were very friendly and responsive. Something to take into account is that the garage is short, it does not fit large drawer carts.
