Excellent accommodation, clean and very comfortable. The friendly and helpful host at all times.

Jeremías was always very responsive to our questions, even when we had a medical issue and needed a referral for a clinic. The house was a the perfect size for our family of two adults and two kids. We felt safe in the gated community with security staff. The WiFi and three TVs were great for the evenings after sunset. The place was clean and the bathrooms were modern. The Pali grocery store nearby was great for breakfast items.

Kapi Kapi was amazing! It's even better than the pictures and spotless! The host was very proactive and responsive. They had everything you needed too - enough towels, paper towels, tissue, etc. and everything was placed very conveniently. Also it was super safe for 2 female friends traveling without our spouses. If this place is available I would book it before it is taken! Great experience!

Very good location inside a gated community that felt very safe. Super easy check in. Beautiful view of the volcano. Place was clean and AC in every room was amazing. Beds were comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. Clean pool. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay at Kapi Kapi house. The place was modern, clean and had the necessary amenities we needed for our stay here. It is in a gated community so is very safe and secure and only a few mins outside of La Fortuna so everything is very accessible. Jeremias was also a very responsive host, not that we needed anything extra but was always available if needed and communicated with us every step of the way for checking and check out. Would definitely recommend Kapi Kapi house if you were in the La Fortuna area. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I was in the area. Thank you again

The house was absolutely amazing! The place was very clean, organized, safe, and conveniently located close to everything. The host also gave us excellent recommendations that made our trip even better. We truly felt comfortable during our entire stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Jeremias was responsive. His place is well situated in a quiet, clean, safe and gated community. Within walking distance to some nice restaurants. Beautiful poolside view of Arenal Volcano. His house has all the amenities.

Fantastic! New, safe condominium.

We spent two weeks in Costa Rica and this was the highlight of our trip. Not only is the house clean and it includes all facilities but it is also an architectural jewel. On top of that it is extremely spacious and the location, with the volcano in the background was absolutely terrific. The swimming pool, we enjoyed a lot, provided intimacy because we didn't have to share with anyone else. The check in instructions were simple and we had no problems in finding the house. All in all I think five starts is not enough for this place. We would love to return one day.
