The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The shared pool is beautiful, and the gated community is quiet and convenient. The roads are unpaved, but we had no trouble getting there with a 4x4. It’s only about a 5-minute drive to Playa Avellanas and around 30–45 minutes to Tamarindo or Conchal, depending on road conditions and your driving speed. We really enjoyed our stay.

A very nice and comfortable place to go as a family. Well located, quiet and safe. Close to the beach and amenities. Carl was very helpful at all times. Surely we'll be back!!

This home was spotless, and the location was great. Short drive to the beach and restaurants. We had a couple small issues and Carl was very responsive.

We had such a wonderful stay! It was our first time in Avellanas, and we absolutely loved it. Carl’s place was exactly as pictured, with a beautiful pool we enjoyed all week. The homes have a fresh, modern feel and the area was incredibly peaceful and quiet. While the beach was a short drive, slightly farther than we expected, it’s in a beautiful, safe area that made it well worth it. We loved the restaurants and coffee shop in Avellanas and the beach itself is stunning! We had an amazing trip!

We had a terrific trip to Le Eden and would certainly return. Pool was great, nearby restaurants and beaches were great! Carl was a great host and always responsive.

We had the most beautiful and relaxing month-long stay in Costa Rica at Carl’s home in The Enclave. The house is absolutely gorgeous and just steps from the pool, which made it so easy to unwind and enjoy every day. The beach is about a 20-minute walk away. Part of the walk is along dirt roads, so definitely bring good running shoes — but the walk is completely doable and so worth it. The beach itself is stunning, with the most breathtaking sunsets every evening. There are also several great restaurants within walking distance, and you’ll pass most of them on your way to the beach, which made dinners out easy and enjoyable. Carl was an exceptional host. He was extremely attentive, answered all of our questions promptly, and checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. We truly felt taken care of. The Enclave is a gated community, which made us feel very safe and comfortable for our entire stay. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking f

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect: a beautiful condo, ideally located with an incredible swimming pool. The nearby beaches are superb and the restaurants excellent. A small need arose during our stay and Carl fixed it very quickly. Which we greatly appreciated. We will keep great memories of this stay. Thank you for everything!

We especially loved the pool, the outdoor seating area, and the barbecue — everything was perfect for a relaxing vacation. Carl, the owner, was extremely kind, responsive, and always available for any question we had. We truly enjoyed our time here and can’t wait to come back on our next vacation!

Carl was an absolutely amazing host, from the point of us getting to the villa to dealing with an issue that we had, he was gracious, respectful, and wanted to make sure that our time in his home was exceptional. I would highly recommend him and his exceptionally well equipped kitchen to all travelers.
