A true gem in Popoyo. You’re three minutes away from the beach and right next to the grocery store. There are several restaurants at a short walking distance. The terrace is nice and comfortable to hang out at night with people. The property is well equipped, everything was as described, really clean. We couldn’t be happier. Jon, the host, was extremely friendly and responsive. I 100% recommend this place and I intend to go back with friends and family!

We absolutely love it here! Jon quickly became a friend, he’s very welcoming, easy going and kind. We were very lucky to be introduced to lots of people through him making our stay so fun. Perfect location… we’re definitely coming go back! Thanks Jon you legend!

We stayed at Las Palmas for over a month, and wow all I have to say are great things. Jon is an incredible host and makes you feel right at home. He is super friendly and makes amazing food from time to time. The place was very clean and comfortable. If you are coming to surf, there are so many breaks only a few minutes away. The place is spectacular in every way and we will definitely be coming back to Las Palmas! 10/10

I absolutely loved staying in the apartment, specious, breezy with kitchen, living room and terrace. The Kitchen is well equipped to cook your own meals. My stay was surf oriented, there are waves everywhere, my favourite definitely being the walk to and surf at popoyo, but there's also a wave right out front or playa Santana. Jon was super helpful, knowledgeable and quickly responded when I needed anything. There are two supermarkets very close by and the fruit and veggie truck comes almost every day. The Supermarktes are pricey, but they are there.

Felt like home — perfect location, lovely balcony

Jon is a very kind person and a very good chef! We recommend the apartment for long and short period, is close to many surf spot and restaurants reachable by walk, and the veggie truck comes by pretty much everyday! Jon has also two beautiful dog and a cat, and he’s very caring about the environment, we loved our stay in there and we totally recommend it!

We had so much fun staying at Jon’s place. We arrived late at night and Jon welcomed us with a smile and helped us with our bags (: the house is super spacious and comfortable. The balcony is such a great place to eat and chill. The living room is a great space to hangout and the kitchen had everything we need. Jon is a great host, super attentive and always there to provide information and help around the house! Overall the experience was great and fun, would definitely recommend this place to anyone that’s looking to spend some time in Popoyo! We will definitely come back (:

Excellent location and complies with everything advertised! It is a very comfortable place for a small family. Jon is an excellent host, very attentive to the details.

We enjoyed Jon’s place very much. It was clean, well-kept, and perfect for a small family with young kids. Jon gave us tips for all the local beaches and restaurants and always went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our trip, like arranging a horse for a ride/gallop along the beach. Thanks Jon for the warm welcome and great hospitality!
