Absolutely gorgeous property! We felt like we had our own piece of paradise to relax and regroup after each days adventures. We loved everything about the house and the grounds, especially the amazing pool and outdoor space. Our hosts were so helpful and responsive from booking, to helping us book tours for our stay, to communicating with us throughout our trip. I can’t recommend this place highly enough for your next vacation!

Matt's property was flawless, even better than advertised as the pictures do NOT do it justice. We've stayed in many properties, but never had one as well appointed as Matt's home. Everything we could have wanted was at our disposal. The surroundings are incredibly peaceful and filled with wildlife! Our kids had an amazing time and couldn't stop raving about the home and the property. We had incredible communication and couldn't have asked for more.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place in Uvita, it was private but also a quick and easy drive to town. We saw monkeys in the trees one morning and toucans one afternoon. The hosts were very helpful and responsive and the house was well stocked. We would stay again.

If you like the pictures you'll like it even more when you get there. This place was amazing. They have so many amenities for your visit that aren't listed. The place feels so private and saw Toucans and other birds in the trees almost daily. Tom with the property manager was super responsive and accommodating at check in and check out. Wish we would have stayed in this property longer.

We loved everything about our stay: the owners and guide Tony, the location, the house, the view, the pool, and the fact that if we needed something - it was there in the house. Heck, if we didn't need something - it was there. When we didn't know we needed something until we did, yep, we found it in a drawer or in the downstairs kitchen by the BBQ grill, etc. They thought of everything and that made our stay relaxing and easy. We won't be able to return to Costa Rica without staying here again because nothing will likely compare. They just put so much thought into the house (which is beautiful) and the setup. What a blast! Thank you to the whole team!

Excellent home for a stay in Uvita. Spotlessly clean. And I mean spotless. It felt like we were the first family to stay there even though I know we weren’t. Very pleasant hosts, super easy check in and easy to communicate. I would definitely stay there again. You can tell a lot of thought has been put into the decoration and aesthetic of the home. The ONLY comment I would make of any negative sense at all is that the family area doesn’t have a comfy place to sit and be together as a family. I think this is mostly due to the layout which is rightly oriented towards the view out the big beautiful windows facing West. I just would have liked a bit of a comfier couch to spend time together as a family. That’s it. Everything else was really nice. Comfy beds, awesome pool. Really nice stay.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. The pool was always the perfect temperature. We saw tucans and macaws every morning, among many other colorful birds. Every room in the house had a gorgeous view. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay at this home in Costa Rica. Even before we booked, the owners were incredibly responsive and took the time to answer all of our questions. That level of communication continued throughout the entire process, which made everything feel seamless and stress-free. Once our stay was confirmed, we were connected with Tom and Christine, who manage the property. They were fantastic. They helped us arrange transportation and connected us with a local company that assisted with booking activities and a private chef for the house. The home itself is absolutely gorgeous. The views are stunning — you’re surrounded by beautiful jungle and can even see the ocean on the horizon. It truly feels like you’re in a private paradise. The house is also extremely well stocked. There are plenty of dishes and cooking essentials, and the two kitchens were perfect for our chef — one inside and another outdoor kitchen by the pool. We had a beautiful stay! Thomas and Christine took great care of us. The house has a beautiful, calm energy and has everything you need. Clean bedsheets and towels, a nice security man, Jonathan, and gorgeous surroundings. You can see the sea from the balcony. There is also a very relaxing area on the rooftop to watch the sunsets and sunrises. Thank you very much for hosting us😊

Beautiful property! We loved swimming in the pool and watching the sunsets from the rooftop balcony. We even saw monkeys and birds from there one morning! The rooms were very spacious. Tom and Christine were very helpful as well.

It was a pleasure to stay at this beautiful jungle oasis. Our kids had a great time in the pool (a highlight for them and fantastic layout for both younger and older kids). The house was spacious, in pristine condition, the sunsets were spectacular to watch at all levels of the house, and it was the perfect space to host a few families in comfort and luxury. We appreciated the thoughtfulness of having toys/games, exercise equipment, eco laundry detergent, natural soaps, and a fully equipped kitchen. The proximity to the beach and great restaurants was optimal and I enjoyed my morning run on the private hills. Their advanced water purification system was very appreciated and gave us peace of mind. Our hosts were also very responsive and helpful, I would highly recommend this stay ☺️.

This home is a stunner. An architectural masterpiece. Truly…just wow! We wish we could have stayed longer to have continued enjoying ALL of the living space. Management is incredibly thoughtful and kind - meeting us to find the property the first time, checking in to make sure everything was perfect, and taking time to show us the ropes before settling in. Also, the home is accessible - close to delicious food and beautiful beaches. We again want to highlight the special design of the home. The principles upon which it was built are to be appreciated and enjoyed!
