Beautiful place and great hosts. The on-site staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Location couldn't be better to explore Surf City, but sufficiently private that you can spend a quiet night if you so wish

Nora Y Carmen were always super responsive and even let us check out late! They were very communicative and the staff were absolutely amazing and wonderful individuals. The place was absolutely stunning with a spectacular view and in the heart of El Tunco. I highly recommend anyone looking for an amazing time to book asap!!!

Nora and Carmen's home was paradise. They were friendly, responsive and made the entire experience seamless from check in to check out. There staff Sergio and Dina were amazing and always going the extra mile. My friends and I had an amazing stay in their beautiful beach home! The location was perfect! Steps from the beach with breathtaking ocean views and walking distance to restaurants, bars etc. I highly recommend this beautiful beach home! We would absolutely love to stay here again!

The house was nice, the only thing was that the bathrooms for 3 rooms were outside, also the entrance was very rough since it’s a lot of rocks from the entrance until you get to the house, but other than that we enjoyed our stay the pool was clean as well the house, the house has a nice view, and Sergio and his sister was very helpful at all the times, I give them 5 starts they are a very good team

Esymar is a one of a kind place with a location that is genuinely hard to beat. The surf breaks are a short walk, the town is close enough to be convenient but far enough to feel like your own private escape. Every room had ice cold AC and Wifi, and the architecture of the house is beautiful in a way that photos honestly cannot capture. We would absolutely come back. A few things worth knowing before you book: the kitchen could use a deep clean, there were some cockroaches (somewhat expected in a coastal tropical setting), and the coffee maker did not work during our stay. The animals on the property are part of the charm and totally unique, but guests should know there can be some mess from the roosters, quails, and the dog that wanders through. For the right traveler who appreciates a raw, authentic coastal experience with an unbeatable location, this place delivers

The place is beautiful and the view is priceless. Sergio the house attendant was also very welcoming and helpful. It is a little bit hard to find even using the direct links from the listing for Google and Waze. It kept directing us to the street after, just keep that in mind. If you go to a street that has a guard at the gate, you have gone too far. I would highly recommend this place.
