The house is beautiful and had everything that was described. The location was great and so peaceful. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because there was an issue with the water. The last room had a problem with the toilet’s tank that supposedly affected the water. I had to call 2 times since we didn’t have water, not because it was over used, but was told was an issue with the broken toilet that needed the pump’s cover to be cleared each time it was flushed. Anyways we were careful with this and the use of water. This was uncomfortable since we were 10 people that needed to use the toilets and shower. On the last day we didn’t go into the ocean since we didn’t have water to shower off before leaving. Also the 2nd room can use an extra bed, since the max capacity for the house are 10 people, and felt a little short with this. Rolando, the keeper was very responsive and each time he came he got the water back. The issue wasn’t overuse of water, but the lack of it.

What a beautiful home for a reasonable price! I was looking for a home with a private beach, and it exceeded my expectations. The pool and pool table are perfect for the kids, and there are three beautiful hammocks that overlook the water. The photos do not do this place justice. Important to note there is a water limit to be aware of, and we could not get the TV to work. Regardless, the beach was so beautiful we didn’t need the TV! I would recommend this home without hesitation.

Everything was very good. Excellent comfort and privacy. The only thing was that they cut off the water at about 11 am, an hour before check-out. Just when we were going to take a shower, and the lights needed a bit of maintenance.

The accommodation is exactly as described. The place is very nice, everything is in good condition, and access to the private beach is perfect. We are very grateful to the caretaker who supported us at all times. I recommend it for a quiet family vacation.

Russel was vey responsive and his location manager Rolando was very responsive and accommodating. The house was clean and was the perfect spot for a relaxing beach front vacation.

Excellent house to stay at, very clean and tidy and the beach was private. Pool was amazing and having a roof over it was great especially when the sun is out during peak hours. The pool table was an excellent addition to the house and is in good condition. I would recommend to bring ice on the first day as the fridge can take a few hours to cool from the inside. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Communication with the host was positive, as they were always willing to provide support whenever we had any questions. We experienced some issues with the electricity on the day of arrival and with the water on the day of departure, as both services were unavailable for a few hours. As a recommendation, some aesthetic improvements could be made to the second and third bedrooms, since they are quite different from the first room, which is clearly the best one. Other than that, the atmosphere was very peaceful, the place was calm and family-friendly, and it had an excellent pool and a well-equipped kitchen.

Good experience. Just a heads-up: this beach is 100% private, which makes the experience even better. I was there during the peak holiday season, and it was super quiet. I would come back for my next vacation!!
