My family and I had an amazing time that we are thinking on booking again next year!!! The views, the amenities, the beach, the people, just perfection! Thank you for an amazing trip!

This space was perfect for our family of 6. The layout was comfortable and spacious for all of us, and having multiple bedrooms and plenty of beds made everyone feel relaxed and well-rested. The location was fantastic, nestled within the Reserva Conchal community with stunning views of the golf course and nearby ocean. We loved having access to the resort-like amenities, including the pool areas and outdoor spaces, which our toddler especially enjoyed. The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a full kitchen and reliable Wi-Fi. The property is near Tamarindo and several other interesting towns. Thank you for a memorable and relaxing stay! 🌴☀️

I have absolutely no complaints. The unit was spotless, with an incredible view and plenty of room, and Michel was available for any questions and concerns we may have had. Twas an excellent experience.

Amazing stay

Our stay at Reserva Conchal was fantastic! The condo was exactly as described— very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Perfect for our family of 5. Great layout and spectacular view off the balcony. The Beach Club is very convenient and we utilized it most days. The entire property is gorgeous and a perfect spot central to Brasilito, Flamingo, Huacas, Playa Grande, etc. Tons of great restaurants all around. Surfed at Playa Grande a bunch, kids attended camps in Potrero and Tamarindo. Overall had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again! Michel is a responsive, great host and it was a pleasure renting from him.

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo. The views were amazing, kitchen well stocked, plenty of room and comfy beds. We appreciated the smart TV but a little tricky to figure out at first. The beach and golf club associated with the property is perfect. It is relaxed, has beach access and a good restaurant with friendly staff. The property also has a small pool attached to the complex which is a nice perk. This condo is surrounded by plenty of trees and we were excited to see deer, iguanas and monkeys. There is a restaurant at the beach club and a few other good options just outside the property, Papayas was our favorite. We were told the property had a shuttle that could take you to the beach club but we didn’t use it, we had rented a car. It would be too far for our kids to walk to the beach club from the condo. A rental car is our suggestion if you stay there.

Michel’s condo is the perfect spot for enjoying the beauty of Reserva Conchal and the Guanacaste Region. Things we love about the condo: It is a corner unit, one of only 4 in the building. This gives you huge windows in every room and bedroom, and also cooling breezes on warm days. The comfortable patio, table and couches. This makes for an enjoyable relaxing stay. The large amount of beds. Having a king in the master, and two queen beds in the other two rooms, makes for wonderful options for families. The cold a/c, the fully stocked kitchen, and the large clean bathrooms. Most of all we loved the host. Michel the owner is attentive, responsive and kind. He was a pleasure to deal with and truly made the condo stand out. These feature and the lovely amenities of the beach club and surrounding activities makes for a five star vacation anyone would love. We can’t wait to come back.

Lovely 3 bed condo in the private Reserva Conchal estate. Very spacious, super balcony and great views. Exactly as per description and Michel was very helpful at all times. Playa Conchal one of the best beaches in the area without doubt and the beach club with easy beach access was used by us very day after a busy 8 days traveling in the interior. No hesitation in recommending.

Great condo. Perfect location. Great host. Thanks for a wonderful vacation. The beach club and amenities felt upscale and exclusive. Beach was amazing. Condo was a perfect spot to cool off in the AC after a few hours in the heat! Loved it. Will be back.

Loved our experience. Views from the balcony were awesome. Reserva Concha is fabulous and the beach club was not over crowded. Michel gave great restaurant recommendations and was very responsive when we had questions.

Michel’s place was great! There were monkeys in the trees out front each morning & beautiful views of the golf course/ocean out back. We stayed for 10 days over Spring Break in March and it was remarkable how there were no crowds whatsoever at the beach club (though the Westin and W were packed!) The ceviche at the BC is the best we had in CR. My kids loved the 2 huge pools at the beach club and the infinity pool next to the condo. Michel was very attentive and quick to address a couple of issues along the way. Quick tip for those working, if the Wi-Fi goes out in the condo, you can access the Wi-Fi from the clubhouse from the balcony. Serious workers should plan on heading to the beach club. We rented a car and never tried the shuttle. Do stop at the super market on the way and don’t forget coffee filters/sugar/salt/pepper/all the basics. There is a gourmet market in Reserva conchal but they don’t have all these basics.

Very nice, comfortable and clean. I loved the place, we were able to get a lot of rest. Highly recommended
