We rented instead with the intention of clearing ourselves from the stress of the city, work and to spend my birthday at ease. To our surprise it turned out to be better than we thought, which we are definitely going to return to. The deal with Mrs. Blanca was very nice and the communication was excellent. I hope you live there too. 🤗

A spectacular place to go with family and friends, easy and quick access to the facilities and the beach. Everything was very organized and very complete, if you don't complain. I would definitely stay at the apartment again.

We had a great time staying, very nice apartment, it definitely matched the photos, everything clean, no problems. Clear instructions to remove the keys and how to check in at the reception, all good.

The facilities are very comfortable, several pools in the social areas excellent social areas to enjoy with children, the building is in front of the beach, the building is in front of the beach, and easily accessible. I recommend it

100% reset! exactly as shown in the photos! the apartment has everything.... super well-equipped kitchen, no worries x load checheres bring your food and you're all set!! great view, partial beach and full mountain. This is my second time in royal palm and I love this place for PRIVATE and quiet. Super spacious social areas, 4 pools, there is restaurant, bar. I would go again. Very good hosts!!!

Just like the photos were spotless, clean, tidy, super fast check-in, super friendly cleaning staff,my son kept playing in the social area and the pools 100% recommended

Javier and Blanca were fantastic hosts. The unit was clean and exactly as promised. They anticipated our needs and we’re very helpful when we extended our stay.

Staying here was absolutely lovely, the apartment is located in a beautiful place with views of the mountains and just a moments walk to the ocean. The place itself felt like home with all the necessities that we needed to cook. Although we didn't make use of the avaliable resources, there were lots of things to do, from the pool to the gym to the sports courts. Overall, this is an absolute lovely place to stay for a getaway or a holiday. It has everything you need and you certainly won't be disappointed. We will definitely be looking to come and stay here again!

Javier y Blanca’s condo is Heaven on earth, that is if you love the ocean like we do. The view is even better than pictures show. You are right in front of the beach. Just walk outside and jump in the ocean or go for a beautiful walk on the beach. The condo is nice, clean, and cute with a view of the ocean and the mountains. There is also a gym, playground and a few pools for you to enjoy as well. The hosts are the best ever. They went out of their way to pick us up and make sure we always had everything we needed. We had the best 2 months living in heaven and soaking up the sun. We’ll be back for sure. Thank you Javier and Blanquis for hosting us with such love and care.

We enjoyed the peaceful sounds of the waves as we fell asleep. It was spotless, well-decorated, and private. We used the pool and enjoyed toritos restaurant nearby.

I really enjoyed my stay at Javier and Blanca's apartment, the location is ideal; 1:30H from town, beachfront access, in the surroundings there are other commercial establishments in case you forget something. The comfortable apartment, tea makes you feel at home where you don't have to worry about anything, just enjoy your stay. I'm definitely coming to this place again. Perfect communication with the owners.

Excellent super recommended stay! Blanca was always very attentive.. the apartment was impeccable as was the condominium and all its areas! Tip: The puppy area needs lighting since at night it's all dark and no matter how many dogs are the owners, we always go down with our pets, on the other hand, if it's good that it's been communicated that the beach doesn't have a chair or umbrella, so we can take forecasts and take away because many of us are going because we love the sea and we like to spend time in the... However, these details did not overshadow our stay, which we will definitely be back!

Excellent apartment, very well decorated, clean and very well equipped with utensils. The building is well located, has very good facilities including several swimming pools and exit to the beach. Javier and Blanca were very attentive. Highly recommended!

This is a very clean and bright condo. Everything is there that you need. The amenities here are top notch. Heads up the on-site restraunt and bar are only open Wendsday through Sunday. You will need a car to get to everything. Or taxi service is availible back to Cornado the cost of $5. They may try charge you more but Aug. 2022 price is $5. If your looking for a relax safe stay this is for you.

Nice and comfortable apartment, hosts provide plenty of utensils for your use. It has air conditioning in all rooms and functional wifi. The Ph has 2 social areas with several pools to use without being crowded, and access to the beach that is right next door. Recommended.

Javier y Blanca's place is perfect! It has every convenience you could need or want. We were very happy to arrive and be able to do our laundry. The bed was extremely comfortable. There is a second bedroom with bunk beds, if you bring children. Their communication and support were perfect and we always felt that they would help out if we needed anything. For example, the hot water in the shower is in the opposite direction than the sinks in the bathroom and kitchen. We thought we had no hot water. They made sure to send someone up to take care of it. You cannot beat the view from their condo! It is so relaxing to watch the colours vary throughout the day on the mountain and in the ocean. We took many photos! The Royal Palm has every amenity that you could want. Besides being right in front of the ocean, you have 4 pools to choose from, a full gym, basketball/soccer court, dog park, play area for small children, bar and restaurant for the adults. Thank you so much, Javier y Banca!! You made our stay stress free and relaxing!

The apartment was perfect, everything was very clean and well organized. The kitchen comes with everything that's necessary. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The complex has several pools, restaurant and direct access to the beach. Communication with Javier and Blanca was very good.
