Excellent facilities for our group of twelve. We were very well accommodated. Good communication. The entrance is a little narrow for vans, but that's the only thing. Everything else was great. Thank you very much.

The property was very nice. The rooms were spacious, everything was clean, it was easy to find, and the location was excellent. However, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. On two occasions, the person taking care of the property entered through the back of the house without prior notice or permission. We believe privacy is very important when staying at a rental property, so it would be better to use the front door and knock before entering. Additionally, despite the property having many rooms and common areas, there was only one TV available. Adding a few more TVs in some of the main areas would help improve the overall guest experience. Overall, it was a good place to stay, but these details could make the experience even better.

Hi, I wanted to share some feedback about the stay. The TV was moved near the pool to watch the game, and later guests were jumping into the pool from the waterfall area, which is against house rules for safety reasons. There was also a lot of water tracked through the house from going in and out, and it got quite noisy. The caretaker tried to reach you at the main door to remind you of the rules, but since there was no answer, he had to come in through the garden door. We expect guests to answer calls/messages and follow house rules, as it’s important for everyone’s safety and comfort. Because of these issues, the experience was not ideal for us as hosts.

Lily has been very kind. The accommodation is very safe. You have privacy, three good parking spaces, and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable, as are the mattresses and pillows. Everything is very well maintained and it has everything you need. The pool is great for the heat and is beautiful.

We enjoyed our short stay at this house. It was calm and private, yet near great restaurants. There were plenty of bedrooms to host a large family! We would definitely stay here again.

Lily is an excellent host, very friendly, flexible, and responsive to questions. Their house is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. A quiet and spacious place for the group of people who stayed there. We had a good experience.

Was visiting for just the night with a group of 11 to get to San Jose Airport and was a great place! Lots of beds for our group, big space, and huge dining table. Lots of parking as well. Would recommend to any large traveling groups!
