Beautiful place, really quiet and peaceful just perfect weather. This place is just perfect to go and disconnect from everything and have a great time.

Great place and location. The cabin is beautiful and with all amenities. Just remember to ask for the exact location, since the one that appears in the app drops you off at the entrance.

The cabin is super equipped, spacious with all the amenities. I would return without thinking. We had a great time and the hosts were always attentive to what we needed. Also, the place has a breakfast service nearby.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel the stay early (with a small refund): - No dry firewood (only with the electric Heating does not warm the living area), keys for (dry?) Firewood should only be provided three days after arrival - The fire lighter only came after inquiries about the host and the cleaning staff (even with that, you couldn't get the fire going; I live at home with a fireplace and have also had no problem in other accommodations here in the Nebelwälder). - The balcony door in the bedroom with the hot tub can neither be pushed shut nor locked, but there is video surveillance on the balcony?! - After 9 PM every day, there was an automatic cleaning program in the whirlpool that could not be turned off. I did not find an instruction manual. - a bathroom or at least the associated shower not cleaned; various types of hair were stuck to the floor/wall - No oil in the kitchen Otherwise, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. Unfortunately, a barking neighbor dog.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. I would like to clarify that the issue with the door was only mentioned after you had already decided to leave, so I did not have the opportunity to send anyone to inspect the concern during your stay. When other concerns were communicated, I made efforts to assist, including arranging additional dry firewood as soon as it was available after the weekend. The outdoor cameras mentioned are only for property security and are located outside the home, with no cameras inside the property. Although the reservation policy did not require an additional refund, I chose to provide a partial refund in good faith for the unused nights after the early departure. I appreciate all feedback and will continue working to provide the best experience possible for future guests.

Beautiful cabin! It has everything you need and is a perfect place to relax. The property is quite large. I will definitely be back!

Everything was excellent! We loved the cabin. It's in a great location, and everything was extremely clean, well-decorated, and well-equipped. Communication with Roxy was excellent; she always responded very quickly and very kindly. We have no complaints. My family and I will definitely come back one day.

The place is amazing, a super cozy cabin with the best finishes and amenities. We spent New Year's Eve as a family at the accommodation and it couldn't have been better. The area is super quiet, the cabin is super equipped with everything. The jacuzzi and fireplace are outstanding... One of the best cabins I've stayed in...
