The place is very central. We rented a van and went from 10 minutes to nearby beaches and the Cabo Marina to up to 2 hours to explore La Paz. It has everything you need. When I say everything, I mean EVERYTHING. You could easily spend up to two weeks with your family.

Amazing condo! There was plenty of space for me and my friends. The location is right next to multiple restaurants and stores. The building had great security while also being clean and taken care of. Definitely the best deal you could get for your money. The host is super responsive and provided us with multiple recommendations for travel, eating, and activities.

We stayed here recently, and while the space looks modern and matches the photos at first glance, the overall experience was very disappointing. The biggest issue was ants. On the first day, there were already ants in one of the bedrooms with a visible line along the wall. There were also dead ants on the walls. The problem worsened during our stay, with ants spreading to other rooms, beds, and our belongings. We informed a staff member that we ran into, and she said the property would be sprayed, but no one came to address it. While I understand ants can sometimes be unavoidable, this felt like a lack of basic prevention. Cleanliness was also below expectations. Cabinets were cluttered and not properly cleaned, and the bathroom and kitchen sinks also did not feel clean. Overall, the property looks nice in photos but needs significantly better maintenance and cleanliness.

This place is very nice, safe, clean, and comfortable. It has everything you need to have a good stay, and it's located in a very central and beautiful area of Cabo. I really liked the apartment 🤎

My family and I stayed, 5 people Everything was in perfect working order, in good condition and the place is very spacious You don't need anything else to have a good vacation It's really worth it The beach is close, there are many restaurants and places to visit Simply put, the accommodation is amazing!!

This condo is in a gated community and worked well for our group. Our sister owns another condo in the same building so we used this one for sleeping mostly. The condo had all the essentials one would need but had some maintenance items. The staff were friendly and helpful but would have been more ideal if items had been discovered / fixed prior to our arrival. All of the items are fixable and I am sure they will take care of them before the next rental (dishwasher, refrigerator fan, drier vent). One small annoying item that should be mentioned in the write up is that since this condo is on the second floor of the building and the community garage and trash bins are under the unit, from the master bedroom you hear each morning the trash guys coming through to pick up trash. No issue if you are early risers. It is quick but still woke us each morning. The condo is in walking distance to grocery store and Costco which was a bonus. We would stay again.

This is a beautiful AirBnB. It is in a good location in general and within the building. There are lots of restaurants, bars, cafes nearby and it is a short walk both to the beach and the marina. It's close to and overlooking the pool, but up one level. The apartment is large and well decorated. It came with all of the described appliances, etc. There were enough linens and towels. One thing to note is that there is a very loud club across the street that plays music until early in the morning. If you are very sensitive to noise, this place may not be for you. We brought earplugs and it was fine for us.

It was a great spot. Walked to a great coffee/juice/smoothie bar every morning and another block and in the beach right by The Office restaurant which had excellent food. Walked into town just as easily. Terrace overlooked pool and the staff was very helpful and friendly at reception. Glenda was wonderful to work with! She manages the property. Andrea was great! Beautiful apartment. Didn’t want to leave!!!!
