Condo is on a beautiful resort with a mini market ice cream parlor and Starbucks. It is family friendly which is a plus given I was traveling with my parents and child. The staff was friendly and we were received with margaritas, chips, salsa, and guacamole. Would stay here again

Condo was amazing. Resort was wonderful and view from condo was beautiful. Loved being welcomed with fresh guacamole and margaritas😊 Everyone was extremely friendly. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommend

Great large condo, beautiful view, great location with access to beach. Great pool area and bars and restaurants. Easy to get into downtown Cabo in less than 5 minutes.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa La Estancia. Marcie's condo is in fantastic condition, on the 6th floor, with morning sun. The staff at the resort were very nice and we love being able to walk to town. Definitely would recommend!

What a beautiful condo ! We were greeted by name and welcomed with drinks, chips and salsa. The condo is very spacious and clean and the view is amazing.

We had a fabulous time in Cabo at Marcie's Villa. Location is perfect, so close to downtown. Can walk the beach in 30 minutes to the Marina or 5 to parasail, jet ski, eat and swim. Villa's are clean, spacious and perfect for a large family. View is wonderful and the staff and are kind and helpful. We had the best time and would come back to the same place again. Thank you for sharing your lovely Villa with us for 6 days!

The place is beautiful and it has pool view and ocean view from balcony. Everything was great, the only downside was a sliding door problem in the living room, we took our 3 year old son and we were all eyes on him since the living room balcony sliding door lock was broken. Just be aware of that if you decide to take your toddlers. Other than that, the place is great. House keeper came sporadically to clean the house and provide items. It’s it wonderful .

This place is absolutely stunning from the moment you walk through the courtyard doors into your villa it’ll take your breath away. It is amazing villa for families with kids with having the divided bedrooms from the living space. The balcony is huge and you can enter from any of the bedrooms or main living room. The resort itself is very seclusive and is known around the town of Cabo as the best resort. Between the amazing food at all of the restaurants between the three facilities you will not go hungry. Absolutely amazing service by all of the workers there!!! They treat you like you are family and that you are home!! We would definitely be coming back as we truly enjoyed our experience at the Villa.

First stay in Cabo and already want to go back.

Places is very good overall. It's not a party place but you can walk to sister properties and will find more active environment. The condo itself you honestly could not ask for anything else

Great place to stay. Fresh guacamole and fresh margaritas when we got to our room . Air conditioner was excellent. My family loved it. I will definitely stay there again .

The apartment is very clean with everything you could possibly need. It is very spacious with incredible views. Everything about this place surpassed our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We loved our stay at Marcie’s place. The service at the resort was incredible. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. This unit is spacious and we loved having separate bedrooms, a large living area, kitchen and balcony (with a great view). The kitchen was well stocked with condiments and the unit was very clean. We were offered housekeeping service during our stay. You are steps from the pool and beach and we did not have any issues getting beach chairs at either. The pool was nice and warm which was great since it was a bit cooler during our stay. We also enjoyed the pickle ball courts on property. Downtown was a 30 minute walk on the beach or 10 minute taxi ride (Uber was available and inexpensive) Walmart was a 5-10 minute drive away. This definitely felt like a luxury resort and we would absolutely stay here again!

I’ve been to Cabo 5 times and this by far the best resort. The pool was great and the beach was very clean. It was in walking distance to downtown. The spa was fantastic and the views are incredible. I will definitely be returning to this location.

What a beautiful Condo and resort. Everything brand new, you could not tell the Condo had ever been lived in. My stay was way beyond my expectations. Good price and value for the amazing Condo!!!!!!!!!

We La Estancia and we absolutely loved this particular unit. The place was beautifully decorated and the furniture was really comfortable. There were plenty of supplies at hand and we were greeted by a local host where made sure we had everything we needed. We have stayed at this resort several times and are huge fans. They have great pools and the water is really swimmable. It’s a short walk to town and close to tons of great restaurants. I would highly recommend this particular unit, as it really was one of the more comfortable ones we’ve ever stayed in. It’s absolutely perfect for two couples or a family with kids.
