Beautiful waterfront condo in Rancho Santana. The views were great and the property had great amenities. Tom was an excellent host. Would go back in a minute.

If you are looking for a remote getaway, great spot. Pool & ocean are right there, great surf and spa at the resort. If you are looking for a getaway with a bit more to do, explore off property, the area is not quite there yet. This has nothing to do with the quality of this property which is why I give it 5 stars. It really is more what are you looking for. Resort was a bit pricey on drinks and food for what it was. We probably could have done a bit better preparing our own meals or shopping off property but were there for a wedding weekend and had some obligations. Tom was great, answered all our questions and photos are accurate.

My family and I enjoyed a great stay at Tom’s condo in Rancho Santana. Rancho is a beautiful destination with awesome beaches, pools, restaurants, and things to do. Tom’s home is central to all of those things. Easy to get around, friendly staff, and never once felt unsafe. AC worked great, beds were comfortable, and balcony overlooking the Pacific was an awesome bonus. Large living room and well-equipped kitchen allowed us to cook meals with groceries we picked up en route (and from La Tienda on site). Tom also connected me with a great shuttle company for round trip transport. Fantastic trip, cannot recommend enough.

The guard did not have our paperwork so it took us a little time to get through the front gates (the resort takes security seriously and that is a good thing) but once inside we were thrilled with both Rancho Santana and Tom's place. Super clean, amazing location and the very best views from the master bedroom. Tom was very flexible, super responsive to our needs and he seems like a really good guy. Would recommend to everyone. Can't wait to go back

I had a great stay! The place is as shown in the photos: clean, comfortable and very cozy. The location is ideal and everything was perfectly organized. Tom was very friendly and was always attentive to any questions. I definitely recommend it and would love to go back!

Great work by Tom. He was responsive and resourceful. We even asked if a decorated Christmas tree could be placed in the unit, and he delivered. Great property.

This is the best location in Rancho Santana! The view from the balcony is incredible, right in front of the ocean. We love it, We’ll be back!

Rancho Santana has a lot to offer, its restaurants are top-notch, its pools are spectacular and there are many things to do!

This was our first time staying somewhere other than the inn or at a private home and we loved the location. The condo pool is gorgeous (landscaping reminds me a bit of playa los perros and it’s way less busy than the hotel pool). You are just a few minutes away from the inn and you can order food from the restaurant to be delivered. The home is nicer than appears in the photos and it’s a better value than staying at the inn. There is no ac in the main room but the master bedroom ac was so strong it kept us cool in the tv area. Tom was a responsive host and we would have loved to have been able to stay longer. Highly recommend.

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our time at Rancho Santana—it's truly a stunning destination. Tom’s apartment is perfectly situated on the second floor with breathtaking views of the beach and unforgettable sunsets. The space had everything we needed, including a fully functional kitchen, and it was just a short walk to the main on-site restaurant. The resort itself offers two main pools, several great dining options, and a wide range of activities (accessible with the resort fee at check-in). We completely fell in love with Rancho and are already planning to return!
