The house is very nice and comfortable, but it does lack maintenance, and the manager, Sandra, showed up without warning or asking permission.

This review does not tell the situation accurately. This guest requested directions by Waze, which cannot be specifically given that way. But, very specific directions were given to this guest directly and was gladly accepted, no problem. The other issues, while this guest mentioned they needed attention, did not apparently, reach out to the Manager to make any corrections while there. To mention them after leaving without the opportunity to provide any of those services is not fair to the Host to make the stay better than they claimed.

Great place, private and relaxing. Spotless common area, ample rooms, comfortable beds. Great service from Sandra and Jenny who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Would recommend!

The house is very nice, comfortable and clean. However, our experience was not as peaceful as we expected, the neighbors of the property next door spent two whole days with loud music, especially in the early morning, and it was impossible to sleep. Although I spoke with the person who manages the house and she even contacted the people from the neighboring property, they only lowered the volume for a few hours and again in the early morning the music was turned up to full volume.

We have never experienced such a violation of the rules in the community by anyone staying next door before. I will need to contact the owner there to prevent this from happening again. This was very unusual and disrespectful of your time there.

A very nice house, comfortable space and very clean. Some details to improve: there was a bathroom where the toilet flushed water, another where there was no hot water, the refrigerator did not make ice and the pool had bits of ceramic that came off...

Mitchell was an exceptional, highly attentive, and helpful host. The residence was both beautiful and serene. We had the pleasure of observing monkeys and magnificent large iguanas, which truly enhanced the homely atmosphere in Costa Rica. The cleaning team was incredibly supportive and very responsive to our requirements. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone planning a visit to Costa Rica. It offers a beautiful home, a stunning location, and a gorgeous pool.

Mitchell's house is beautiful. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet place. In addition, the owner lent us his last home for the day to accommodate us because our flight was only the next night. Really a chic guy, Mr. Mitchell. Thank you so much again.đ

Very nice house, we all enjoyed our stay at Mitchell's. We recommend this villa without hesitation. Only constructive comment, a table with outdoor chair to eat would be perfect. đ

Perfect place to get away from it all! Perfectly placed between Jaco and Manuel Antonio. The Town Centre plaza has everything you need just down the hill.

Greg...I appreciate all of your comments. I had actually had people in the house to eliminate that problem prior to your staying there, and was told it was under control. There will be effort to prevent this from happening again so that you can have complete enjoyment and comfort. Yes, it is a bit warmer than Canada!
