Well, we have stayed here twice (we are a family of 5). We have very little time to see each other and spend time together. The first time we arrived, the refrigerator was not working. We notified them and the woman, Carolina, simply told us, “You will be sent a thermos” (our food spoiled). Then they sent a technician and he clearly told us that it wasn't working and they had to repair it. We didn't want to bother them and wanted to enjoy our stay (they didn't fix the refrigerator). The central air started to give us problems, but we still let it go. Now that we stayed again, I told them that I didn't want any problems with the refrigerator, and they assured me that last time it was "misconfigured", as if we were FOOLS, and a technician even came to confirm last time that it was BAD. They offered us complimentary breakfast, but now, instead, what was wrong was THE BED. One leg of the bed was BROKEN and poorly welded. The bed fell, and a family member was injured. Carolina is an unfriendly person with poor service

It would be a very good idea to put an air conditioner in the living room since the sun shines and it gets very hot. Put in new showers since they are very ugly. Otherwise, the house is very nice, and yes, on my other trips I would choose it.

Everything was excellent! Just like in the photos, an impeccable place, super comfortable, with a beautiful view and many amenities that made our stay even better. It's a few meters from the beach and very close to the pool. We would definitely love to come back! 😁

Totally satisfied. My wife and my two children were delighted with the house and the good treatment from the hosts. We are sure we will choose this option again. The entire place is just as described in the app. The location is great and the house is very comfortable. 100% recommended.

The house is a large, comfortable house. The air conditioning works well. The upstairs room does not have air conditioning (but this is described in the listing), so it would be very good if they put in another fan (pedestal) in addition to the ceiling fan that is already there. It should be noted that I requested a fan and they gladly provided it. From there, everything was great. Carolina, the co-host, helped us when we asked. The A/C is now working very well.
