Not sure I can say enough to describe what a great experience this was. This house had everything we needed and then some. I hosted a yoga retreat here with 9 women total and I could not have had a more perfect venue! The house is absolutely dreamy and that ocean view / amazing. All of my guests were thrilled. And Frazer the concierge was phenomenal and helped me curate the perfect experience. He was also there to greet us and wish us well on our journey. This was hands down the best air bnb experience I have ever had! I will definitely book again and you should too!

The location was absolutely STUNNING!! The backyard area was beautiful and well-manicured and peaceful. The home is steps from the beach with a view of the mountains and there are local restaurants very close. The home was cleaned daily and well stocked. Holly and Frazer (the concierge) are very communicative and helpful. Everything is as advertised!!! Highly recommend!

Our group of 12 loved our stay at Hermosa Beach House! It was the perfect location and an amazing setting. Very close to the Liberia airport and all the activities were within an hours drive. And the caretakers were wonderful! We are looking at booking this place again because we loved it so much!

We loved staying at the Beach House Hermosa for our small wedding. It was a great place for our family to stay and an amazing beach location for a group. We comfortably had 16 people staying at the house, including a baby & a toddler, and other family stopping by to visit. There is a family that lives on site as caretakers and they are amazing. Super friendly and hospitable. Thank you Idalia and Yoder!

This vacation was everything we were hoping for and it did not disappointment. There are howler monkeys that live in the trees in town so that was fun to see in the mornings. There were 14 adults (7 couples) and at we never felt cramped. There is plenty of outdoor space, bedrooms with AC (not in common areas), and direct beach access.HIGHLY recommend using Frazer's concierge services. Without his help this trip would not have as great. He helped plan excursions, meals, and arranged transportation to and from the airport with perfect execution. If he recommends something, take his advice!!! Another huge bonus to this place is the caretakers that live on the property, Idalia and Jader. They were there for daily items and had the pool patio in pristine shape everyday. They also had fresh towels every morning sitting on the lounge chairs. We had both caterers recommended at the house and they were also fantastic, you wouldn't even know they were there afterwards. This place was awesome!!!

We cannot say enough about this house and how it accommodated our family of 15. The home was wonderful and the access to the beach was perfection. Frazer and the couple that live on site really made the stay exceptional. Frazer booked excursions for us that were fantastic And the couple that lives on property was so kind and accommodating. It was nice to have two kitchens and two separate spaces to split up the families. We were able to eat breakfast outside each day. Lovely!!

We took our whole family to Holly's place to celebrate my husband's retirement. All 12 of us had the time of our lives. The house is beautiful, well kept, very clean. Everything you need is there. Frazier is the concierge and he is the BEST. He arranged all of our transportation, and meet us at the house and explained everything. All of the tours he booked for us were top notch. Jader and Idelia live on site in a different house and they are very friendly and helpful and even made pizza, tortillas, a tres leches cake for us during our stay. They kept the pool immaculate and did light house keeping during our stay. I hope to go back soon. So much fun was had by all of us.

Directly on the beach. A unique New Year's Day!

Holly's place was outstanding. We were traveling with two families so the two houses were perfect for us. The host had our concierge meet us for check in and help with coordinating local activities. There is a wonderful family thay lives on site and keeps the property pristine every day. We enjoyed Thanksgiving here and had everything we needed in the well-stocked kitchen to cook a big meal. I highly recommend.

Our accommodations were fantastic. The rooms were as described; the beds (and linens) were comfortable, the bathrooms clean, and the kitchen(s) stocked. Each room had it's own AC Unit to control temperature and plenty of seating outdoors to accommodate a full rental. Access to the public beach was a literal 10 steps away through the back gate. The 'housekeepers' live (separately) on-site and they were wonderful. They cleaned daily, looked after the pool, maintained security, and they were very hospitable. We felt very welcomed, safe, and extremely comfortable. Best of all, Holly puts you in touch with a concierge that solely supports this property and he was invaluable to help our group plan activities, make reservations, coordinate transportation. I would highly recommend, and am already contemplating ways to return!! Thank you to everyone for supporting our stay.

The pictures do not do this place justice. The views are breathtaking. If you are looking for a place to fully relax and unwind book this house. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!! So sad we had to come back to reality. Cannot wait to book this place again.

The Beach House was a dream come true. Amazing accommodations right on the most beautiful beach and close to the airport. Location is walkable to restaurants as well as near many must see excursions and attractions. Check-in with Frazer was easy and a smooth process. The caretaker family were an amazing bonus to help keep everything tidy and clean everyday as well as providing excellent desserts and breakfasts. Super sweet kind family. All rooms are well appointed and super cocomfortable. The layout of the property allows for large groups to be comfortable. This beach and house are magical!

We really enjoyed our time at Holly’s place. Being in front of the beach was the best thing of all! Great location and super family-friendly. So many memories made.

The house was perfect for our large family of 12. Actually 2 houses connected with lots of bedrooms and a very large pool area which overlooks the beach. It’s a wonderful house

House was great; exactly as described. Couple of surprises: 1) Concierge “Frazer” - very responsive. At our request, he hosted a Tour of the Cortes Waterfall and Rainforest, including tastings of local fruits (lychee, coconut milk & meat, sugar cane, etc). At the conclusion of our trip, Some of our teenagers said this was their favorite excursion (we did Surfing lessons, zip lines & white water rafting). 2) Live on site housekeepers; Husband “Jader” & wife “Idilia” not only kept house cleaned & towels washed. One morning they prepared breakfast & one evening Dinner. And awaiting for us after a day of rafting were 3 homemade pizzas. What a great surprise. This house & personnel were more than expected.

Perfect location for beach access, with the ocean literally right in the backyard! Most of my communication after booking was with Frazer, the property manager, who effectively helped set up tours and sometimes responded promptly. Our group enjoyed the beautiful villa and its common areas, especially near the pool, where we could lounge, meditate and practice Yoga. The caretakers of the villa, who were present during our stay, were very responsive and took the initiative to introduce themselves and make us feel welcomed when we arrived.

Holly's place was perfect for our family of 10! The location was perfect and our transportation requests were fulfilled which made our vacation stress-free! Highly recommend this accommodation!!!

This property is truly a slice of heaven! The house and property are amazing; thoughtfully built, spacious, clean, amenities rich (I’m a planner and this house out-planned me. They have it all!), and a location that cannot be beat. I will miss the unbelievable sunsets and sounds of waves mere feet away. I booked this property to celebrate a milestone birthday with 13 friends and I couldn’t be happier, same can be said for all other guests as we were all continuously impressed while there and heartbroken to leave. All that said, what makes this place heaven are Frazer and the INCREDIBLE staff! They are all attentive, personable, accommodating, fiercely helpful, and efficient. The house and guests are very lucky to have Frazer, the best concierge/staff member I’ve ever had at any house. He arranged excursions, sailing, groceries, transportations, and so much more with expert ease. I truly hope I am blessed again to stay here again.

Very nice place right on the water. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The staff that lives at the property was very helpful and friendly. Frazer is great at coordinating whatever activities you may need and with transport. Recommended!

Start the car! Drive to the airport! And head to this Airbnb after booking! I cannot say enough great things about this Airbnb. It was able to accommodate myself and 10 of my friends for a girls trip. This was our first time staying in an Airbnb out of the US & we never felt unsafe. The concierge, Fraser, was amazing! He gave us recommendations for activities as well as made sure we had transportation to and from the airport ( both LIR and SJO). The couple on site were very attentive & kind, & never made us feel unwelcome or like we were a hassle despite having a large group. Back to the Airbnb, the home was beautiful and looked just like the photos. Both houses were spacious enough, but the best part was the outdoor space that merged the two houses. (Master suites were A++) If there was a screen, I would have slept outside! I was just in all of the beauty and taking it all in. Everyone in the group was impressed.

Excellent ! The location and access are perfect. The houses are in perfect maintenance and with all the facilities for us to have an excellent vacation. Absolutely recommended. Special mention to Yader and his family, whose attention and kindness exceeded all our expectations !

this place is amazing. you could not ask for a better house and location for two large families (16 people). the outside area is absolutely perfect with tons of space and beautiful views. we will be back!

I rented this space for a retreat for 8 business owners, including myself. We stayed for 4 days and we were both productive and had a great time. When you stay here you get a TEAM to help you plan and execute a great experience. I was skeptical that the help I was getting would lead me down the "tourista rip off path" but that skepticism was unwarranted. Frazer is sincere, knowledgeable and helped me find reservations that were priced at or below the things that I found. I was also worried that the groceries would be marked up very high too - again, I was wrong. I got everything at local prices. Frazer also helped me find a chef for a meal prepared on sight and it was outstanding and priced where I expected it to be priced. Once you get onsite, there are two assistants that stay in an another building and are highly attentive to the grounds and the guests. Need laundry done? They've got you. Need breakfast made? They've got you. It was awesome. The place itself is fantastic. The rooms were all comfortable and the public spaces are great for meeting. We were able to use the entire space and pool with no issues. Also, the house is right on the beach, so you can walk directly to the waves and jump in the water. We did several times. Walking up and down the beach was fun too - there are other hotels and spots on the beach and I thought it was just the right mix of access to things without feeling like it was overbuilt/over crowded. There are also massage therapists that set up shop near the property and they are available all day for massage on the beach. Having a massage while listening to the waves roll by is an awesome experience and the massage therapists were mostly high quality. (One of my crew reported one massage therapist being a bit weaker than the others) Prices were really reasonable - lower than US rates for sure. Nearby is a lot of great stuff. We went to restaurants and national parks and had a great time with all the near by attractions. We decided to rent cars and I am glad we did - there is a lot of great stuff and driving in Costa Rica is easy. I've driven in Mexico and throughout Europe where the rules of the road are thought of as "suggestions" and that can be stressful, but in Costa Rica, the road traffic responds like it does in the US - not too crazy. Driving was fun and low stress. All in all, I'd stay here again with a large group - it was exactly the kind of home base I needed to make a great retreat.

Fantastic homes directly on the beach and walking distance to numerous restaurants and bars right on the sand too. We booked a snorkeling and monkey beach tour that ended up being a whale watching excursion as well which was amazing. Definitely planning on coming back here for a longer stay in the future!

The location and experience of this home is quite remarkable. The caretakers were truly amazing and took our experience to the next level. We spent many wonderful days in this house as a family retreat. We were 5 children plus our spouses with Mom and Dad. It was a once in a lifetime trip and our stay here made memories that will last forever. The area is quiet and the people friendly. I couldn’t recommend this house more, this was fantastic. Make sure you enjoy the sunsets, the view is breathtaking.

The houses are even better than the photos, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, they have all the necessary appliances to spend a super stay, the perfect location. The stay was very good, the service received was excellent, they were always attentive that we felt comfortable. Thank you so much for a great family weekend.

The service at the house was amazing! They were courteous, accommodating and kind. We had privacy but was able to get help if needed easily. The AC is amazing during the day but in the middle of the night it seemed to get a little warm in the rooms. The location is beautiful! The view, the ocean, the beach and the people were great! My only complaint is the mosquitos but that's the price of staying by the ocean. I would definitely stay there again!

As advertised. Great location, steps from a quiet beach and three great restaurants (especially Roberta’s.) Very clean and well maintained. There is a very sweet couple on the property near the houses who help clean, cook, do laundry for you. Had a group of 12 people very comfortably fit in the two houses. Only 20 minutes to Liberia Airport, less than 90 minutes away from Rincon De La Vieja, and 30 minutes to Diamanté EcoAdventure, 10 minutes to Playas Del Coco. Highly recommend this place to any group!

Beautiful place, we were a group of 17 people and we had no problem accommodating. They are two almost twin houses with a common social area. All the rooms are comfortable, with air conditioning, two with a bathroom. We found everything clean and functional. Steps away from the beach, which is clean and with a calm sea. In short, we loved the place!!! I would come back without thinking!

Great location right on the beach! Walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shops. The outdoor space with the pergola and pool is superb. We had a fantastic time with our 2 young kids and definitely plan on coming back.

Great house, plenty of room. Pool was wonderful. Beach access was incredible. We stayed 11 days and everything we needed to cook was available. Grilled a couple of times. The common sitting areas of both houses were great places to just hang out. The hammock was fought over by everyone. Plenty of household linens and beach/pool towels provided. Five restaurants close by. We used Milagro for a couple excursions and a tour company in Coco for some excursions. Would definitely recommend this house

We spent the week at Playa Hermosa in this beautiful beach front rental. The space accommodated our family reunion perfectly. The outdoor space was great for having dinner together, playing cards, relaxing by the pool, and watching the kids play in the surf. Each bedroom had a/c for an escape from the heat of the day. Frazer, our concierge set up some amazing activities for us including, a sunset cruise with BBQ, and river rapid trip. The caretakers were attentive to the property but also discreet. It was extremely clean, well maintained, and tastefully decorated. We highly recommend the fish house restaurant directly next door to the property. Great service, reasonably priced, amazing food.

Great home right on the beautiful Playa Hermosa! Home is cozy and has everything you need for a beach vacation. Home and pool and clean and lovely, beach and restaurants are steps from the house. Checking is smooth as the concierge service is promt and friendly. We had many questions throughout our stay and concierge was helpful throughout. Would highly recommend and stay again !
