The house was very nice, comfortable, close to everything, you can walk to the beach, places nearby. The photos are just like that. Take into account if you plan to bring a motorcycle or a quad bike in a drawer, you had to ask permission from the condominium administration if you could put them in (without lowering them inside) but this is on the part of the administration, it has nothing to do with Alexandra. The shared area is very clean and safe for children. Recommended 100%

Alexandra is very nice and even left us freshly caught fish. Beautiful site, perfect pool and sea next door. second bedroom a little small but functional with its small toilet. Lovely 2 week stays. Thank you very much Alexandra 😄

Absolutely wonderful!

Excellent location and very nice house. The only thing that was uncomfortable was when we arrived as the cars park one behind the other when we entered, the whole row was full, so taking out suitcases in front of the house is an impossible mission. Everything must be pulled depending on where there is space. In our case as when we arrived there was no space, we had to get them out quickly but impossible mission because taxis enter the place and if you park they don't give you a chance and start beeping. The guard told us to park in a disabled corner space and it turns out that the next morning the administrator came to us to call us out for parking there!!! I mean, there was no communication between them and they had to go out and move the car to another place, but well, those are things about the condominium and not from Alexandra, which I think keeps excellent communication with customers and I love that she gave us the opportunity to enjoy her nice house for a little while.

As promised. We stayed here for two and a half months while working remotely. The wifi was fast. The location is incredible, right next to the beach. The second bedroom is a little small and felt a little cramped at times, but overall a great stay. Alexandra is very responsive and helpful.

This hostess was amazing. She went above and beyond in helping me enjoy a safe, fun and relaxing trip. The 2 bedroom condo is spacious with all of the amenities of home. As a single female travelling alone, safety as my main priority but this gated community with 24/7 security allowed me to alleviate all concerns. I was even able to fall asleep by the poolside. I would recommend this stay to anyone travelling to Jaco, Costa Rica. Thanks a ton Alejandra. 👍🏽🇨🇷🙏

Excelente ubicación, muy limpio y ordenado. Todo completo para pasar el descanso. Alexandra es una magnífica anfitriona. Very clean and excellent place to have a good vacation. Near to the beach, restaurants, etc. Alexandra keeps contact all time you need it.

The villa is very nice, well equipped and cared for. Alexandra is super attentive and accessible. Totally recommended.
